Never again!!!
Cons:

Wasn't apprised of the hot water situation (no water heater,so no hot water. Also, parking lot was disgusting and room looked over used and unclean...ended up leaving to find other and better lodging...

The door was broken
Pros:

There a atm and their vending machine have a good selection

Cons:

Our door would not open. They had to constantly grab the master key about 14 times. They continues to say that they would change our room, but it never happened. They would get aggravated with me due to the door, not opening and act like it was my fault that it was not opening I stayed for 10 days

Yeah at the entrance and dirty laundry pulled in halfway when I checked in. Also all lamps did not come in till I tightened the bulbs. The tv would not switch off, so I sleep with a silent tv all night.

I won’t be back!
Pros:

Location to my drop.

Cons:

Room was not ready, lamps didn’t work, old bed sheets, no pillow cases, trash not taken out, dirty bathtub, and no new towels. My wife didn’t even undress for bed nor shower.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Location was conveniently located

Cons:

Room was not very clean, chips from previous occupant still on floor, motel smelled awful. The temperature control unit was noisy, not leading to being able to get a decent night's sleep. There was not much of a breakfast, the "juice" from the machine was a sugary watered down neon looking substance, definitely not orange or apple juice. The coffee was empty and what food was offered was definitely unappealing.

Office is so clean but room and hallway smells pee and there is a lot of homeless people which is walking all night is hallway and outlet door near exit all night door is slamming . Restless 💔

If u looking for whats actually in the picture, this is not the place.

I honestly only like the staff that worked there they were very friendly.

Cons:

The photos online looks nothing like the actual room, u walk in and u see dirt spots on the walls, CARPET had sum sticky substances on it in multiple places which caused me to wear shoes majority of the time. The bathroom dirty to the point where I had to buy a shower mat because the bottom of the tub was dirty as well as the actual bathroom floor. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the sheets or pillow cases but literally every piece of linen had a spot on them and also hand prints on the headboard, I asked multiple times for a replacement of everything and was only provided MORE pillow cases wit spots and I was only giving a sheet to go on top of the dirty fitted sheet they already had placed on the bed. The handprints were never wiped away which caused me to make a store run for cleaning supplies and just wiped the whole room down myself. My SUITE gave more MOTEL VIBES den a comfortable clean stay.
