Always a place to return
Pros:

The staff is exceptional... so friendly and generous.

Cons:

There is just one little detail... in the bathroom it would be nice if there are gadgets to hang the towels, toiletpaper.

Incredible value for money with friendly and attentive staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. They lent me an umbrella when it was raining, insisted on helping us bring our bags up the stairs to our room and we chatted with them during breakfast.

Cons:

No elevator, but that was just good practice for when we went trekking later :)

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel with restaurant in quiet neighborhood. Staff want to please.
Pros:

Breakfast was included with my room. It was well done. The hotel offered to do a free pickup at the airport. Not sure everyone gets that offer. Very nice hotel, modern, clean, staff desiring to please. Comfortable room with nice desk. Quiet area and yet close to airport.

Cons:

Only one cup of coffee or tea at breakfast. Seconds were an added cost. But the breakfast was good.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
Pros:

Super comfortable place to land after our flight. Close to the airport, and they picked us up, so it was quite convenient. Everything spic and span. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful — also arranged our taxi for departure.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. A bit pricy, but good value for the money.

Excellent Hotel for a traveller.
Pros:

It was in a quiet lane near the airport, so we were not disturbed by the sound of vehicles. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All my requests were met with.

Cons:

I just wish they had a lift - the only downside to the property. The staff helped with the luggage but anyone with knee problems might have difficulty climbing the steps.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Lovely stay! Easy airport pickup, very kind and helpful staff, overall felt quite luxury. The hotel has a very nice boutique aesthetic and is comfortable at a very reasonable price

Cons:

Breakfast was free and tasty (yay!) but would have loved the option of a more local meal than American style (would also be a huge bonus to have almond or oat milk for the lattes they can make in house)

Wonderful comfortable stay for short transit in Kathmandu. Close to airport. Highly recommended!

Close proximity from airport. Reception kindly offer complimentary airport pick up. Good communication from the start. Excellent customer service and fast check in. Comfortable room with good amenities.

Cons:

No elevator, but staffs help you carry luggages.
