Pros:

The location is very convenient for the airport, which is especially useful for early flights. Rooms are comfortable (my firend and I used both a suite and an king sized bedroom respectively). Staff are all very friendly and helpful, and will quickly order a taxi to help you get into the centre of town.

Overall it was good stay, staff are nice.
Pros:

Location, staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Not pointing as dislike, But the suggestion, I found really gap of communication between the back-office and the reception team, that’s really important to look after 🙂, And yes breakfast is good, However, it can much better if you may consider to make some alternate( pancakes, boiled eggs, yogurt, some tart cakes) as example 🙂.

Close to airport and clean
Pros:

The hotel is just five minutes from the airport and was very clean. They offer a complimentary airport pick-up service, which is a great added convenience. A big thank you to Prayash for his extremely attentive and helpful service.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay truly special — every staff provided exceptional care and warmth. We felt genuinely well looked after during our stay. The service, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere left a lasting impression. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

とても清潔なホテルです。
Pros:

帰国前日に利用しました。
空港からタクシーで5.6分で、とてもアクセスがいいです。
設備もしっかりしており、お部屋も水回りもとても清潔でした。

Cons:

館内にはエレベーターがなく階段のみです。
チェックインのときはスタッフの方が運んでくださいますが、
スーツケースを持って1階まで降りるのはかなり大変でした。

Great location and helpful staff, will be returning to stay at the Bayberry in the future.
Pros:

Great location, quiet, secure and clean. Near the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing service, food was lovely at the restaurant too. We were so impressed that we booked to stay again on the way back. Will be definitely be coming back to stay again.

Exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

I loved the location just off a busy street. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. They even organized a wonderful massage for me a short taxi drive away. I felt totally refreshed and ready for my next 2 flights after my layover at Bayberry Hotel.
I’ve stayed in other hotels close to the airport but this one is by far the best! Oh, and don’t forget to have your meals at the hotel! No need to wonder down the road!

A lovely atmosphere to land and ground after a long flight - due to the

Lovely helpful staff who even helped me install my NCell SIM card; free airport pickup, beautifully appointed surrounding and great breakfast - very reassured to see the very modern industrial kitchen so I felt safe eating the lively fruit. Will definitely stay there again when I next return

Cons:

With the airport pickup, it would have helped at that rather chaotic airport exit to have been sent a message as to where to find my pickup and for the driver to be holding a piece of paper with my name on it.
