Pros:

Location was perfect and people so kind.

Cons:

My room was ground floor and near the stairs, i heard so much noise because of that. And the room was a bit cold.

Pros:

The property was central, great amenities and the staff were very helpful. The view from our room was fantastic.

Cons:

It would have been great to have coffee facilities. However, there are great cafes nearby.

Hôtel idéalement situé au centre d'Annecy.
Pros:

Hôtel agréable, bien situé en plein centre ville, proche des restaurants, des lieux à visiter et du lac.
Posibilité de garer gratuitement 5 voitures dans la cour de l' hôtel.
Chambres propres et bien ensoleilléés et au calme.

Good location for us close to centre of the old town but up a fairly steep hill so difficult for those with limited mobility. Hotel parking appeared to be very limited. Nice terrace for the summer months.
Comfortable bed and nice to have a kettle in the room.
Nice breakfast.

1ere nuit beaucoup trop chère pour ce que nous avons vécu. Autres nuits agréables avec petit déjeuner sympathique.
Pros:

L’emplacement malgré la côte à monter pour parvenir à l’hôtel , le petit déjeuner correct ainsi que son prix, la vue de la chambre

Cons:

La première nuit passée à se frotter les yeux et à mal respirer dans une chambre fraîchement repeinte avec une forte odeur de peinture voire de colle, une douche froide et un petit filet d’eau par moment.
L’hôte nous a changé de chambre le lendemain et nous l’en remercions mais il a fallu réclamer un geste par rapport à cette situation, ce qui a étonné notre hôte.
22€ de remise sur une chambre qui a coûté plus de 100€ nous a été proposé. Dommage qu’une remise un peu plus conséquente ne nous ait pas été proposée spontanément compte tenu du désagrément.
