This hotel is right on the edge of the old town 2 mins down a steep but manageable road. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee and a decent TV. The view out our window over the old town was impressive and a terraced garden for guests located across a small yard was a nice extra. The buffet breakfast was generous.
While we received a perfectly polite welcome with clear instructions about the practical arrangements- the overall vibe was businesslike. The toilet and shower room were again clean and functional but could do with an upgrade - being fussy I would also comment that the coffee in a flask for breakfast was not great.

O hotel tem uma espécie de terraço com uma vista ótima mas completamente abandonado, móveis a cair e acúmulo de lixo. É um espaço sinceramente mal usado e estava mesmo em frente a nossa janela.
O pequeno almoço deixa a desejar tivemos de estar o tempo todo a pedir para repor as coisas que tinham acabado.

Purtroppo non c è un ascensore, quindi bisogna fare attenzione ad avere una valigia non troppo pesante.
The hotel was well situated and the hotel manger was excellent - very efficent, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the shower because it was easy to use. The room was not large but was fine for my needs.
I would have preferred some cereal options at breakfast and more varieties of fruit.
La dame de la réception était très accueillante L’hôtel se trouve dans un très bel endroit avec une très belle vue. La literie était très confortable, le petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix
Emplacement très joli au pied du château. Au calme et tout à côté du centre ville. Jolie terrasse sur la ville et les montagnes.

Great little hotel for a getaway! Perfectly located, and the patio with the view was a great place to hang out after a day of exploring.
The wifi was a little slow but I also found my internet data to be slow too, so it might just be the region overall!

The plug sockets require a different adapter , previously other hotels in Switzerland lend the adapter..here you have to pay ten euros to get it out a vending machine.. we were told at reception that there was no where else to charge our phones,but at the breakfast room there are charging points which can accommodate different phone chargers photo attached
The front desk was told about this,and we suggested that ,on payment of a deposit, guests could borrow a charger, but I doubt this feedback will be acted upon
