Nice quiet hotel close to everything, friendly staff, great breakfast
Pros:

Nice little hotel with the small room being exactly as per the photos. The hotel is located in the old part of Annecy, so very close to everything, up a hill just below the castle, so if you are walking with luggage there are steps or slopes to contend with, but all manageable. It took us about 10mins to walk from the train station. We had a lovely view from our room. There is a small terrace just outside with a view over Annecy where you can sit and eat your own food if you'd like. The staff are lovely and friendly. The continental breakfast for 11 euros is well worth it, with constantly refillled fresh bread/bakery/hot and cold drinks.

nous attendions mieux au niveau des services!

services très limités ex aucun conseil pour un restaurant ,une ballade.De plus pas d'info sur une possibilité de déjeuner à l'extérieur(découvert par nous mêmes), petit déjeuner très correct mais aucune "nouveauté " ex oeufs durs durant les 5 petits déjeuners pris!
chambre très correcte quoique q'un peu petite (y compris la salle de bains ) mais manque de prises.

Posizione strategica sotto il castello e più distante dal centro. Vista la quantità di turisti, meglio stare defilati, tanto Annecy è piccola e si raggiunge tutto in fretta

O hotel é muito acolhedor, fazendo lembrar uma casa de bonecas no bom sentido.
Pros:

Da localização, do terraço, o hotel é muito acolhedor com uma decoração adequada à cidade. Realço a simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

O tamanho do quarto e da casa de banho, pequeno. O quarto, por estar num sótão, é quente.
