交通非常方便，离10条车站特别近，房间也足够大
客厅略小，洗澡的淋浴间是在客厅，单隔出来的，空间不够，洗澡不太方便
整層有3個房間，有各自的獨立空間
離JR十条站走路約5分鐘
隔音較差，住ㄧ樓可以清楚聽到二樓的腳步聲
最不能接受的是浴室，非常小，裡面沒有置物的空間
衣服、浴巾只能放門外，浴室門是霧面壓克力，
洗澡時還要先通知大家不要出來
We like the location and surrounding. Internet was excellent. Room fit us 6 pax nicely. The house was clean & tidy. We like it. The neighbourhood was great. The travel time by train only takes 20mins. To the Station walking 10min+-.
We been disturb by upstairs arrival of guest at 2am. They knock on the door at 2am in the morning. Then we can hear people moving upstair after they check in. We make complain the next day and there's still there but less noisy. The kitchen area quite small for 6 of us & the bathroom has a frosted glass. So its not that privacy when bath. Hope the owner can change this in the future.

This property is perfectly situated between two train stations that will get you to either side of Tokyo quickly. It is in a very quiet neighborhood that will find you relaxing and enjoying your time that you have. It is within very close, walking distance of everything that you would ever need while you are staying.
The only issues we had with the property were for long-term stayers. We stayed 20 days and extra towels. provided would’ve been nice. There is no TV in any of the rooms in the first floor of the property so if you’re looking to unwind for the day, that will be only on your personal media devices.

One of the beds had bugs, and has bitten one of my friends resulting to rashes.
The unit upstairs is NOT that clean, shower door have water water yellowish stains including shower floor.
The HOST is not Japan based and CAN NOT be reached when you try to call. Voicemail is in Chinese. Instructions to get in is unclear too. So much hassle just to check in. Host wasn't within easy reach!

The rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The location was convenient and easy to access. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The beds were comfortable. It was cheap…
The bathroom setup was a bit unusual. We were a group of 2 girls and 5 boys, so when it came time to shower, we had to take turns using the kitchen area, since the bathroom had frosted glass that didn’t provide much privacy as you could still see through it, and there was nowhere to change before getting in, so you had to undress outside (in the kitchen). The door to the toilet, which also opened into the kitchen, was quite thin, so you could hear everything. It might have been less awkward with a different group dynamic, but in our case, it was a bit uncomfortable.
We also had to make up one of the beds ourselves, as they hadn’t prepared enough in advance.
Clean and comfortable
Good location: very close to public transport, supermarket, market, shopping, restaurants, convenience store and service providers. Well-equipped facility. Should consider 45 minutes if you want to go to the central districts of Tokyo.
There are two washing machines, but only one can be used. The water supply system for the machine in front of the facility is broken.
The property is located very near to a train station. Also just a walking distance to convenient stores. It is very neat & clean. Satisfying our needs as a family.
Very good location. Both stations near the hotel are very far reaching. One goes straight to Yokohama, the other straight to Kawagoe. Also, both East Tokyo and West Tokyo are easily reached.

The neighborhood is very calm and relaxed.
I don't think the washing machine works. No issue though since there are 2 laundromats in walking distance.
The shower is in the kitchen which was kinda odd but when you wake up at different times and take a shower, no one's in the living space anyway.
Great location, sufficient facilities and owner was very kind enough to let us check in as early as 10am when it was all ready.
Very good location, close to JR station easy to access popular places in Tokyo, and ski regions such as Nagano, Echigo-Yuzawa, etc. The shower and toilet are separated that is convenient for a group to stay.
No air conditioning or heater in the living room, The air conditioning in the bedrooms is not fast enough to warm up both the living room and the bedrooms in winter time. The shower room has a semi transparent door facing the living room that is inconvenient for non-couples or families.
The property is spacious and clean. More than enugh space for our family of 4 adults.
The utilities are complete in great condition.
The location is very good, only 7min by walking to Jujo JR station, which is 2 station away from Ikebukuro st.
Very easy to buy food and groceries from the market alley nearby.
The neighbourhood is quiet so we can rest and sleep comfortably.
Hot water is plenty and strong.
Halal restaurant nearby, in front of train station there's one.
Easy asscess with key lock.
The washing machine outside the building. The host didn't inform that the machine at the front (as in the picture) was broken and we should use the one under the stairs. No instructuction on how to use it.
- The electric power keeps dropping several time when there was another group staying upstairs. When the electricity off, all appliances (washing machine, air con, water heater even toilet seat) were off and reset, so need to be restarted. Such a hassle.
- The location is in a very small and narrow alley, not for cars. It's also difficult to find, as the coordinate point is not very accurate.
