Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The room was big although being 6ft I had to duck under the metal struts. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned to a very high standard. We had a great view from our room and it was very peaceful. Although we did not use the facilities a bath of up to 1 hour per day was available to Guests, which is worth taking up if you have the time.

Cons:

Sadly we were on the top floor which you had to get to via spiral staircase which was uncomfortable for my hip. The breakfast was OK but not the best we had during our trip around Spain. Finally I would add that the hotel should get a town map to hand out, which is helpful until you know the way around.

Pros:

Los baños árabes nos encantaron, la temática estaba muy lograda y el personal fue muy atento y profesional. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Definitivamente es una experiencia para repetir.

Bon sejour
Pros:

Hôtel central. L'amabilité du personnels. La déco sympa. Le bain maure qui est le grand plus de cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix compte tenu de l’heure inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Cons:

La finition des travaux, le manque d’ entretien. Le petit déjeuner très décevant, prévu à 12€ sur booking et facturé 15€. Il est servi dans la chambre qui n’a pas de table. Identique les deux jours passés, non moins bien le second (1 fruit en moins, la tarte salée supprimée, le jus d’ orange plus frais mais en bouteille. Pas d’ œuf ni yaourt. Il est à 18€ dans les Paradores que nous avons fait au cour de notre périple et nous avons eu des buffets de qualité et bien garnis.

La atención de todo el personal y la habitación me pareció muy bonita y acorde

Cons:

La subida a la habitación por unas escaleras de caracol nada agradables,pero entendimos el por qué y estábamos avisados por el propio hotel

Baños estupendos
Pros:

El equipo humano fue muy amable y resolutivo. Los baños con un aforo limitado e íntimo, lo cual se agradece. los servicios de masajes fueron inmejorables. Unos profesionales en lo suyo

アラブ式お風呂が最高でした。サービスも良く、スタッフも親切で、紹介いただいたバルの昼食も美味しく、思い出深いトレド旅行になりました。

特にありませんが、3階までエレベーターがなく上がるのは年寄りにはしんどいです。

Got more than we expected
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the baths were super as was the massage. Lots of extra touches that were surprising and thoughtful so, very welcomed.

Cons:

Room was great but just some finishing touches and maintenance needed. No mirror but for bathroom face mirror.

Una buena experiencia
Pros:

Una habitación espectacular, cafetera, tetera y nevera en la habitación y el desayuno merece la pena, las instalaciones de los baños muy limpias y con muchos detalles, te sirven un te con pastas, el personal muy amable y atentos a lo que necesitásemos, ha sido todo un lujo hospedarse alli

La llave de la calle no va muy bien nos costó un poco abrir.
