Not taking reception behavior (it's actually doable) into account I was feeling comfortable.
Pros:

Cleaning service staff - very kind and careful, breakfasts, restaurant personnel - very responsive, location - everything you need (markets, restaurants, car rent, fast food, bazar, even train station) is close to the hotel - great. Overall atmosphere is good. A small parking for 3-4 cars in front was useful. Teapot, tea, packed coffee and free water (1L per day normally) was very useful too.

Cons:

Half of reception guys are not very freindly and almost all are irresponsible, promising to call back and never doing it - unreliable, almost all of them always answer like in hurry and not with attention to the guest, not careful, that's very disappointing. Broke all the impression about the hotel, as they are the first and most important point of contact. It's a problem for them when you book using the website - it was announced several times.

Cleaning of the dust in the rooms could be much better. Because if you walk there in socks even right after the room is cleaned - your socks need washing :D But the staff is very careful.

In front of the hotel there is a kindergarden where children can be very very loud during day time, closing windows don't help much.

Советую всем кто ищет лучшее предложение за 25-35 долларов. Точно не пожалеете
Pros:

1) Один из лучших завтраков в данной категории гостиниц, если не лучший. Особенно учитываю конкурентную цену проживания.
2) Чистота номеров, туалета/ванной, общей кухни на хорошем уровне.
3) Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Всегда стараются помочь.
4) Кровати удобные, правда подушки чуть жестковаты, даже дубовые, хотелось бы чуть мягче.
5) В основном проживают иностранцы. Очень мало местных гостей, что удивительно, учитываю цены

Всё плюс, но есть один минус
Pros:

10 мин в ночное время на машине до отеля. Уютные номера, не хватило только утюга в номере, но он есть на 2 этаже в общей зоне, там стоят 2 гладильные доски. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. В отеле очень чисто, номера убирают хорошо, шума дороги не слышно. Есть небольшой холодильник, но он очень слабый по охлаждению и никак не регулируется, так что пришлось выставлять на карниз продукты, благо погода позволяла.
К самому отелю вопросов нет, но есть ложка дегтя в бочке меда, после которого остался осадок на душе...

Cons:

Персонал на ресепшене проворачивает за спиной Букинга фродовые схемы, чтобы не платить комиссию. Я бы за такое увольнял.
Бронь 23-30 число, самолёт прилетел в 4 утра 24го. Бронировал именно с 23го, чтобы не ждать заселения в 14 часов и не спать в холле отеля, о чем я известил отель заранее.
При заселении в 6 утра мне предложили отменить бронирование, а они мне сделают скидку на проживание, я отказался.
В итоге 27! января приходит письмо от Букинга, в котором мне пишут, что отель отменил мое бронирование, так как я не приехал и спрашивают так ли это иначе будут штрафные санкции.
В итоге букинг не может вернуть бронирование технически так как отель отменил бронирование. На ресепшене персонал начинает спорить с клиентом, говорит, что не понимают что произошло и как так вышло, что виноват Букинг, при этом умалчивая куда делась разница денег при скидке)))
Уже вижу, что если будет отвечать на этот отзыв персонал с ресепшена, то ответ будет в стиле "мы вообще не виноваты, клиент сам дурак".

В бронировании значилось:одна большая кровать.Оказалось-2 сдвинутых матраса.,которые разъезжаются…завтрак:скуднейший…да из яиц на кухне ничего не умеют готовить:глазунья-пересушеная,омлет плохой,а скрэмбл-вообще не поняли или не хотели…не было самсы.тосты вообще странно смотрятся в такой богатой стране.нет кисломолочки…кофе норм.

Останавливались в Art Deluxe Hotel by Art Hotels Group в Ташкенте, жили в номере 106 — остались очень довольны!
Прежде всего хочется отметить идеальную чистоту — как в самом номере, так и в общих зонах отеля. Всё аккуратно, ухоженно и действительно на высоком уровне
Отдельная благодарность администраторам — очень гостеприимные, доброжелательные и внимательные сотрудники. Всегда готовы помочь, оперативно решают любые вопросы и создают по-настоящему тёплую атмосферу.
Также порадовала прачечная — всё быстро, качественно и удобно. Это большой плюс, особенно при длительном проживании.
Отель оставил только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать его другим!

Good option for a few days stay
Pros:

This was my second stay in that hotel. Still good value for money. Very helpful personnel and good breakfast.

Cons:

The shower cabin in my room was of an advanced type with many functions which not all functioned properly, needs to be replaced.

離機場很近，櫃檯員工有一位長得很帥的帥哥熱心助人還幫我叫車去車站。房間整體就是很大舒適，重點是早餐我住了這麼多烏茲別克的飯店他家早餐有五六種是熱騰騰可以自己選的那種自助早餐，其他水果啊，麵包啊，沙拉區優格區一堆真的超級豐盛，對於這個價錢CP值真的超級無敵高非常推薦大家來住，反正烏茲別克叫計程車很便宜，可以租這裡然後叫計程車出去玩就好了。
