A real gem on the Welsh coast
Pros:

We received a warm welcome to the hotel, our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed (room 3), the car park was close by and the food in the dining room was truly outstanding, if a little pricey.

Pros:

Fabulous stay at The Fanny Talbot, spotlessly clean, very comfortable room which is well equipped with the kitchenette. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, and the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect overnight stay for us as we attended a local wedding.
Pros:

Very tastefully decorated and although we didn’t eat or drink there, we stayed over night and had breakfast. Which was delicious. The rooms were perfect, Comfortable, and a little kitchenette, and the bed, wow!

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in, in a long time. Loved the whole feel of the place, a lot of seaside hotels feel a little tired and sad, but not this one.

Excellent pub with rooms to use as a holiday/ short break base. Restaurant is superb.
Pros:

No breakfast provided but the accommodation is self catering with a little kitchen area which worked really well; we stocked up on breakfast at the local supermarket (btw the kitchen could do with a tea towel, otherwise v well equipped). The room was comfy, the bathroom spotless, it was quiet, it worked really well as a base.
The restaurant in the main pub is truly excellent - three AA rosettes. We ate there for two nights and it was superb on both occasions, a fresh, creative menu with local ingredients and great service. Highly recommended.

Location in town, and the room was very well equipped.
Check in was very efficient and well explained.

Cons:

Lighting could be better. Oh and please fix the curtains, they were a nightmare, righthand side.
