This was the worst travel experience we’ve ever had!The listing falsely advertised breakfast and Wi-Fi, but neither was available. The place was dirty, and we later realized it was mainly meant for drivers.
When we complained to the owner, he responded rudely, saying, ‘Go ahead and complain, I won’t refund your money!’ Even the vegetables we bought were stolen from the fridge by one of the drivers.
The owner wasn’t even present, leaving only a young boy in charge who didn’t speak English, making communication impossible.
Overall, this was the most frustrating and disappointing stay, forcing us to leave Ella earlier than planned. Serious warning to future travelers: Avoid this place at all costs!"
The owner was kind, we had hot water and hairdryers.
The breakfast was poor (toast and one egg every day), the guy at the reception cannot speak english, we couldn’t lock the door.
Nothing except the guy looking after the place was friendly and polite but wasn’t much help because he spoke no English
There was no wifi or breakfast as advertised. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and unwashed. There was no drinking water. The owners were absent and very extremely rude when we spoke on the phone, asking us late at night to leave the property if we were unhappy and insisting that we pay the full amount upon checking in. Our sleep was disrupted because of other unhappy guests arguing with the owners over the phone for the same reasons.
The villa and the room were not clean and the owner of the villa asked us for more money from the booking.
Good place to stay. Calm place. Staff was great and very helpfully..
