Подумаю очень хорошо,стоит ли возвращаться сюда

Не первый раз в этом отеле.Радует общение с природой,павлины ,кролики,прекрасные виды

После того,как в отеле поменялся хозяин ,многое изменилось не в лучшую сторону:в номере много неисправностей:в ванной комнате в душевой забит сток,разбито стекло в окне с вентиляцией,полотенцедержатель отваливался,держался на одном гвозде.В номере пыльно и балкон не убирался как следует.Но питанию:завтрак не плохой,но если у вас не включен ужин,придется выложить приличную сумму,чтобы не остаться голодным.В общем,однозначно 2 года назад было лучше и очень обидно,что отель с такими прекрасными видами потихоньку будет превращаться в не пригодный для нормального отдыха

Pros:

Очень красивое место, приветливый персонал. На любую просьбу отвлекались очень быстро.
Животные такие чудные
Очень понравились завтраки все свежее и фермерское
На пляж ходит трансфер

Cons:

Не то что не понравилось, а пожелание: добавить еще пару трансферов просто в город Кемер. Чтобы купить сувениров домой и погулять. Такси очень дорогое, а до автобуса идти по лесу и горам долго и не комфортно

Doğanın içinde dinlenmek, at binmek, havuz ve spa keyfi yapmak için harika bir yer.
Pros:

Muhteşem bir yer! Konumu gerçekten harika; etrafı dağlarla çevrili, doğası büyüleyici ve manzarası neredeyse gerçek dışı güzellikte. Alan çok bakımlı, geniş ve son derece huzurlu. Özellikle etrafta bu kadar çok hayvanın olması çok güzel — buraya özel bir atmosfer katıyor ve mekânı daha da sıcak, keyifli ve unutulmaz hâle getiriyor.

Spa bölümünü özellikle beğendim. Uygulamalar çok güzeldi ve fiyat-performans dengesi gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyonda çalışan Anya da çok nazik, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Lütfen, insanları standart odalara yerleştirmeyin; bunlar yaşanmaz durumda ve rekabeti artırıyor. Ayrıca, lütfen nevresimleri değiştirin. Çok eskiler ve bu da restorandaki fiyatları biraz daha ucuz hale getiriyor. İçme suyu fiyatı da Antalya Havalimanı'ndakiyle aynı.😆😆😆

L’emplacement est super et la vue de la piscine sur les montagnes, la nature

Cons:

Le personnel est catastrophique, l’hygiène est horrible , le service déplorable inexistant, le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant les trois jours de présence, le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon, des mouches, les produits qui prennent la chaleur. Ie sommier était plus grand de 20 cm que le matelas qui était infecté. Ils n'ont pas voulu le changer, ni le nettoyer, 3 jours sans faire le nettoyage de la chambre, nous avons du prendre des serviettes pour le piscine en plus et les changer chaque matin. Incroyable, la reception est une guérite à l'entrée et ils ont rien a faire du client. J 'ai mis 2 pour l'emplacement et la vue. Dommage, il y a du potentiel.

The resort gave me Jurassic Park vibes. Amazing view!
Pros:

Resort: Located in the mountains of Kemer, about 1h from Antalya Airport and 10 min from Çamyuva. Absolutely stunning and not crowded. Pool, gym, tennis/basketball courts, palm trees, breathtaking mountains, bunnies, peacocks, chickens, ducks and horses. The whole place gave me Jurassic Park vibes, genuinely a little piece of paradise. Despite all the animals, everything was surprisingly clean, with no bad smells even around the stables.
View: Incredible. People asked if I was in Switzerland or Guadeloupe. You get beautiful mountain views almost everywhere outside and the music perfectly complements the atmosphere.
Room: We had an affordable standard room with mountain view. Simple and rustic, but perfect for the surroundings, we felt like two cowboys in an old-fashioned room. We loved hearing the roosters in the morning.
Restaurant: Breakfast was included and varied but nothing exceptional. Guests get 15% off lunch/dinner. Food and drinks were very good, but expensive. Outside food/drinks aren’t allowed and the resort is isolated, so you’ll mostly eat there or drive into town.
Activities: We did our first forest ride and loved it. The instructor spoke decent English and was very attentive. There’s also a private beach with free shuttle, although the beach is very basic with nowhere to buy water.
Staff: Some were lovely, a beautiful, helpful Albanian girl who spoke English, and a guy at the bar who was always willing to help.

Cons:

Room: We stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. The trash was overflowing.
Staff: Overall, not very friendly. Some staff who didn’t speak English would simply ignore us when we tried to get their attention.
The worst was Seckin, the tall guy with longer hair at reception. I’ve never experienced such a rude and condescending attitude in hospitality.
We asked him to book riding lessons. He said lessons were only available until 6 PM, but it was already 7:30 PM and someone was having a lesson right in front of us. When we pointed this out, he got irritated, raised his voice and aggressively typed a reservation for the next day, saying we could pay afterwards. The next day, we showed up only to be told the instructor wasn’t there and payment was required in advance. Seckin himself had made the reservation, yet treated us like we were the problem, mocking us and repeatedly rolling his eyes.
The day before leaving, we asked him to arrange the airport transfer advertised by the hotel. He told us to come back the next morning. When I said I didn’t want to wait until the last minute because I could book another car, he sarcastically replied: “What, you can’t sleep tonight?”.
Every time we needed reception, we hoped he wouldn’t be there. HE is the reason I deducted one star. Reception staff should make guests feel welcome, not like a burden. I genuinely recommend moving him to a position without guest interaction. Social skills: 0. Limited English, yet gets irritated when you don’t understand him.
Restaurant: We were promised 2 complimentary bottles of water/person/day, but since nobody serviced the room, they were never replaced. Even with the discount, the restaurant was pricey. Food arrived before drinks and waits could reach 40 minutes despite the resort being quiet.
Language barrier: Most staff speak Turkish and Russian and very few speak English. They use Google Translate, but communication was still difficult.
