⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆
Beso Hotel Berke Ranch & Nature is a place with great potential, but we left with mixed feelings.
The hotel offers excellent amenities: a nice outdoor pool, a comfortable lounge area, and a pleasant poolside restaurant. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the property itself has a lot of charm.
What really stands out is the ranch and stables. They are exceptionally well maintained, the horses are clearly well cared for, and the hotel offers excellent horse riding lessons and trail excursions. If you’re a horse lover, this is definitely the hotel’s biggest strength.
Unfortunately, the service and overall management don’t match the quality of the facilities. We found it quite strange that the reception staff had been relocated to a small office at the entrance gate, shared with the security staff, while the hotel’s beautiful and welcoming reception area remained empty and unused. It gave the impression of being understaffed and lacking proper organization.
We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had an enjoyable family holiday. The hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment, making it a peaceful place to relax.
The highlights were the swimming pool, spa and sauna, and the kids' club, which kept our children happily engaged. A special mention to Aigerim from the animation team, who was friendly, enthusiastic, and made the activities enjoyable for the children.
The staff were generally courteous and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some areas of the property and rooms could benefit from a little more maintenance and updating, and the food variety could be improved. Nevertheless, it offers good value for families looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to families visiting the Kemer region.
Bathrooms were small
An amazing place! Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to the reception team for all their help.
The hotel has its own stables with beautiful Arabian horses. Booking horseback riding tours and lessons is very easy, and the riding lessons are truly professional. Everything is organized to the highest standard. Special thanks to Anna for making the experience so enjoyable!
A very special thank you to the kids' animator, Aika. She is absolutely incredible! She comes up to the children herself, introduces herself, and makes them feel welcome from the very beginning. Our children didn't want to leave because they missed her so much. Throughout our one-month trip around Turkey, they kept talking about her and asking when they could see her again. She made our children's holiday truly unforgettable.
The spa is a must-visit! I chose the hammam program with a massage, and it was absolutely fantastic.
The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. It is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The breakfasts were quite basic for a hotel of this category. They could definitely be more varied and of better quality.
The hotel restaurant was good, but the prices were very high. Since we had a car, we preferred to drive to the nearby village for lunch and dinner, where there was a much wider choice of restaurants and the prices were much more reasonable. This is especially important when travelling with children.
Beautiful grounds and pool. Good breakfast selection. Great spa and massage.
There weren’t many staff around and no one spoke English so it was difficult to ask questions.
The ranch itself is absolutely beautiful. It is located in a stunning natural setting and truly looks like a real ranch. The grounds are well maintained, with horses and other animals freely roaming around, a beautiful stable, an impressive main building, and a charming cowboy-themed playground for children. It has everything needed to become a magical countryside retreat.
Unfortunately, the experience is let down by poor management.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt surprisingly unwelcoming. Check-in takes place in a small booth at the entrance, while the actual reception area remains empty, which is confusing and doesn't create a warm first impression.
Breakfast was another disappointment. Instead of the relaxed and generous atmosphere of a traditional Turkish kahvaltı, the selection was very limited, and at exactly 9:59 the staff began hurriedly clearing away the food, making guests feel as though they were being rushed out rather than welcomed.
The atmosphere around the pool was also affected by the same song being played on repeat for hours. Whenever we tried to ask about anything or make a simple request, the answer was always that "the manager has to decide." We never actually met the manager, and every interaction felt unnecessarily complicated, formal, and unfriendly.
It's a real shame because this place has incredible potential. With warmer hospitality, more attention to guests, and a genuine sense of care, it could become a truly unforgettable destination—a place to reconnect with nature, enjoy delicious Turkish food, experience local traditions, relax away from the city, and spend time surrounded by beautiful horses.
Sadly, despite the amazing location, the service did not make us feel welcome, and we left without the desire to return.
