Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ công năng, tiện nghi, khá thoải mái, nhân viên nữ trẻ tuổi nhiệt tình, đầy nhiệt huyết

Cons:

Máy lạnh khá cũ và khá là nóng dù đã gọi nhân viên lên chỉnh lại máy lạnh rồi nhưng không cải thiện nhiều.

Персонал очень дружелюбный, позитивный, добрый. Отзываются , быстро на просьбы . Убираются чисто в номерах.

Cons:

Диван очень грязный , есть чуть запах от штор в апартаментах, приходится держать включенным кондиционер.

For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it. The staff are really helpful, though communication is difficult due to language barriers. They still tried their best to understand and help. I truly enjoyed the days spent at this hotel.

Pleasant stay, lovely staff, with a decent bed and room.
Pros:

The bed was more comfortable for me than many in Vietnam. The staff were very kind and helpful. I liked the location because it wasnt too busy or difficult to walk around the neighbourhood. It was easy to get to coffee, food, shops, laundry. The people in the neighbourhood were very friendly.

Cons:

A more comfortable chair and desk would have been good for doing work or study but for the price I paid I was over all very happy with the place.
