esperienza positiva in tutti i sensi. consigliatissimo.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Helena, super simpática, atenciosa, gentil e fala 5 idiomas (apelidamos gentilmente de Super Helena) ☺️
Logo que chegamos fomos surpreendidos positivamente quando ela falou que recebemos um up-grade de quarto, ficamos extremamente felizes e agradecidos. Nosso quarto foi perfeito de tão lindo e aconchegante. Quarto extremamente grande, cama confortável, daquelas que abraça,

AMAZING!
Pros:

Amazing, amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is incredible — it’s so close to all of the major sights, making it incredibly easy to explore Florence on foot.

The staff were also wonderful and went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. And the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. There was such a great variety, and everything we tried was so fresh and delicious.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Florence!

Este hotel debiera tener una mayor graduación. Su personal, la decoración de sus piezas y pasillos, la limpieza y, por sobretodo, su ubicación es excelente. El mejor hotel donde nos hemos quedado hasta ahora en Italia.

Cons:

Nuestra única sugerencia es quizás decorar la recepción del hotel mejor ya que es la primera imagen que uno ve de éste, sin embargo, la decoración interna del hotel es preciosa.

Fabulous location, stunning room (I think we were upgraded), great breakfast & the staff were good if ‘reserved’, except for the breakfast ‘front of house’..who was such a great guy!

Very nice, very super clean hotel…great location to the duomo ( close enough but not to close) breakfast selection was delicious with a great espresso machine. Complimentary prosecco at the lobby for guests was a cherry on top
