Lugar cómodo, tranquilo y elegante, muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia. El personal tanto de la recepción como del desayuno son EXCELENTES TODOS, te hacen sentirte como en casa.
La ubicación es muy buena. Sin duda repetiré en próximos años.

Cons:

Sólo como sugerencia, alternaría distintos productos en el desayuno para que por ejemplo, en una estancia de 4 días, no haya siempre las mismas opciones y haya algo diferente. Pero aún así estaba bien.

Il Guelfo Bianco is a wonderful place to stay in Florence, we would definitely return again!
Pros:

The location is perfect as a home base for all of our adventures in Florence! We loved the separate room for the bed, and the adjacent living room with couch, desk and closet. The mini fridge was useful and handy.

Cons:

There were only two things that were bothersome about the room. The rug in the living room area, in front of the couch, was very stained and unsightly, although it was vacuumed and clean, the appearance was not pleasant. There was a small glass flap on the shower/tub edge that was completely ineffective at stopping water from getting all over the floor when showering. Small inconvenience, but there were extra towels to dry the floor.

Exceeded all expectations, great location, great hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, excellent service, beautiful room. It was incredibly clean. Excellent breakfast. Complementary water and a bottle of fine. It was a birthday trip for my mom, and she loved everything! It’s better than many 4 and 5 star hotels.

르네상스 시대를 연상하게 하는 매력적인 컨셉을 갖춘 호텔이었다. 두오모와 가까운데 시끄러운 곳이 아니라 더 좋았고, 호텔 곳곳이 갤러리처럼 감각적으로 꾸며져있다. 무료 샴페인, 조식 등 숙박객을 위한 세심한 이벤트도 너무 돋보였다.

Cons:

욕실이 조금 작고 수납할 자리가 넓진않음. 직원분들 다 착하신데 조금 샤이하신 느낌. 좀 더 적극적으로 고객 응대해주셔도 좋겠다 싶습니다.
