Ho soggiornato presso l'Albergo Trattoria Al Taj di Palmanova e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, la camera era pulita e confortevole e il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e professionale.

Un aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è stata l'attenzione riservata agli ospiti: pur non essendo riuscita ad arrivare entro l'orario di apertura della reception, sono stata contattata telefonicamente in anticipo. Mi hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, compreso il codice di accesso e le istruzioni per entrare e raggiungere la mia camera senza alcuna difficoltà.

Un servizio organizzato con cura e grande disponibilità, che mi ha permesso di arrivare in totale tranquillità. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un ambiente accogliente, ben gestito e attento alle esigenze dei propri ospiti.

La posizione strategica vicino al centro commerciale

Non cera in frigo bar che per questa stagione è assurdo non poter disporre , non cè la possibilità di avere la colazione inclusa . Camere rumorose , si sente in vicino di camera russare tutta la notte . Il i servizi igenici collocati dentro in box doccia con un asse in alluminio in basso all'altezza dei piedi molto pericoloso . Trovato insetto vicino all'armadio alla sera . Mancanza di cassetto per riporre la biancheria o camicie nell'armadio .
Per essere il Friuli è la prima volta che mi capita una struttura cosi mal organizzata .
Per finire ... in questo periodo di estate e caldo fare il checkin di entrata alle 16.30 - 17 non è per niente valido . Sarei corioso se il titolare di questa struttura è Friulano perchè ho dei seri dubbi

2. Emeleti szobát kaptunk, és a klima annyira el volt koszolódva, hogy nem hűtött semmit. Egy meleg nyári napon ez eléggé árnyalta az összképet.
