Pros:

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice nearby pool, quiet and easy to walk into town.

Cons:

We were given a standard room when I'd booked a superior. I didn't say anything because it was so cheap to stay there.

On voudrait remercier particulièrement Srey Net qui a été très gentille en essayant de nous aider malgré notre anglais approximatif... Nous avons réussi à nous comprendre. Une réceptionniste née... Merci Net...

Pros:

The hotel is very green and authentic. The staff are helpful, attentive and willing to please. Our family rented three rooms. They were all different, old but clean.

Cons:

Very poor breakfast, but service like a restaurant. There were few working sockets in the rooms and a refrigerator was only in one of the three rooms.

Merci à toute l’equipe, très bon hotel.
Pros:

Le personnel est absolument adorable. L’emplacement est top. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait. Les piscines sont très agréables, le petit dej est très correct. Ma première chambre était assez sommaire, j’ai demandé à changer, ce qui s’est fait sans problème. Privilégiez quand c’est possible les chambres en étage.

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, tout prêt de Pub Street et de l’animation mais suffisamment à l’écart pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit. Personnel aux petits soins. Le prix des activités proposées est correct. Ils se sont occupés de réserver bus et ferry pour nous. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

Je suis restée 6 nuits à la villa Wat Damnak et si je reviens à Siem Reap, j'y séjournerais à nouveau avec plaisir. J'ai apprécié le calme du lieu (très bien situé), le jardin, la chambre cosy, les prestations petits déjeuners (PDJ en take away pour une excursion lever du soleil) et même le dîner quand on a pas envie de sortir, les piscines très propres et agréables dont une fraîche et zen. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et prêt à rendre service à la demande.
Je recommande cette adresse !
