立地、部屋、サービスも素晴らしい
Pros:

素晴らしい滞在でした！ホテルもスタッフのサービスもとても良かったです。
パブストリートやナイトマーケットまで歩いて10分ほど、アンコールワットへはトゥクトゥクで20分ほどで行ける好立地です。

予約していたのはヴィラの方でしたが、向かいにあるホテルへと無料でアップグレードしていただきました。
部屋をどちらもチェックさせてもらいましたが、2倍以上の広さのある部屋になりました。シャワーも水圧は弱めではありますがお湯が出ます。
部屋にはセーフティボックスと、無料の水、ポットも用意されています。
朝ごはんも日替わりでとてもおいしかったです。
アンコールワットを巡るためのトゥクトゥク1日チャーターも、信頼できるドライバーを手配をしてくれました。

また、最終日にチェックアウトしたあと、夜22時のバスでホーチミンへ行く予定だったのですが、
それまで荷物を預かってくれた上に空いている部屋のシャワーまで使わせていただきました。

スタッフの方々とホテルのおかげでとても素晴らしい旅になり、シェムリアップが大好きになりました！
またカンボジアへ行く際は是非利用したいと思います。

Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. Bar, restaurant and Pool is in the other garden just across the road. Very nice breakfast. We had the cheaper room which was in one of the lovely cottages in a lush garden.

Cons:

Inside the room was very tight.
The bathroom was even tighter and had a "western saloon" style door, which did not provide any privacy at all.
The bedsheet and towels were very worn and did not have a nice, crisp, clean feel.
These are facts, no complaints. We loved our stay regardless.

In einer ruhigen Ecke gelegen und trotzdem nur 3- 5 min vom Zentrum und den Restauranta entfernt.
Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Da mein Zimmer ein wenig versteckt und mit vielen Pflanzen umgeben war, hatte ich Moskitos als Dauergast. Einmal angesprochen und sofort hatte ich ein Moskitonetz über meinem Bett. Wirklich nett!
Frühstücksbuffett prima mit viel Obst und allem Drum und Dran.

Cons:

Did not stay there. Manager email me the night before my departure to inform me they were still doing repairs and would not be able to accommade me. But I could stay at there sister hotel. Then I heard nothing else from them until I was already in Cambodia. Luckly I did not give my credit card.

Отдыхали в феврале 2026г. В Сием-Реап по отзывам в чате и на букинг взяли отель - Villa Damnak (он же Residence Damnak). НО!!! НЕ рекомендую. Номер ооочень мал, обшарпан, вдвоём еле обходили кровать, чтоб не столкнуться. Тв нет. Вода в душе еле теплая, нет никаких крючком для полотенец, гигиенический душ тоже лежит на полу. Дверь-это ставни с щелями, комары ночью залетали на свет. Поменять номер не захотели нам. Зубных щеток и шампуней не дают. Полотенца не меняли, не убирали. Матрас старый, белье потрёпанное серое и не свежее. Было очень не комфортно спать и ходить босиком по полу-ощущение,что не мыто(. На улице вместо плафона висит бутылка от пятилитровой банки воды. На кондиционере висел дохлый большой жук. На наш испуг увиденным- персонал ответил "Это не страшно, он мертв". И даже не стали убирать. Завтраки средние, голодными не будете. На выезде на ресепе очень просят оставить на сайте бронирования хороший отзыв. Но я пишу не по просьбе, а для людей). За эти денюшки можно поискать отель с лучшим комфортом. Если приложить немного рук и усилий- можно это место сделать приятным для людей. Но не делают, продают то, что есть.
