Die Lage in den Bergen muß einen über den Mangel an Service hinweghelfen
Pros:

Außerhalb der Saison war das Frühstück durchaus annehmbar, auch das Abendessen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sein großer Pluspunkt-wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Der Indoorpool ist der zweite Punkt, hier auch freundliches Personal. Das Konzept des Hotels zielt wohl auf Familien oder Mittelalter-Fans, die sind in der Saison hier sicher gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

In der Nebensaison an einem Wochentag stört ein Reisender schon sehr den Ablauf mit seinem Erscheinen, zumal wenn er das gebuchte Doppelzimmer im ansonsten fast leeren Haus auch haben möchte. Da im Haus keine Verpflegung zu dieser Jahreszeit zu bekommen ist wird man aufs Restaurant nebenan verwiesen, ein labyrinthischer Weg dorthin durch die Dunkelheit der Filmkulissen-Anlage im Regen inklusive. Orientierungshilfe mangels sprachlicher Gemeinsamkeiten Fehlanzeige!

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel wat tegen, minder uitgebreid dan we gewend zijn voor dit bedrag.
De kamer was groot, maar sleets, gedateerd. Het stonk een beetje, vooral in de badkamers. Er is tussentijds niet schoon gemaakt.
Communicatie was moeilijk (engels of duits, alleen via google translate).
De spa viel ook wat tegen, maar was vooral sleets en wat ‘vervallen’ tegels weg, of gebroken. Behalve het dompelbad werkte alles wel.

Not impressive but the region of Qax is ethereal.. untouched by the influx of tourists.
Pros:

The location of the property was its only positive. The family room was spacious overlooking to the mountains and the river. The bathroom was great with every element being perfect.

Cons:

The service was pathetic. They could not provide us with the food items mentioned in the menu. The room was not cleaned for three days of our stay. The service overall was poor, not money’s worth at all. We were forced to pay for breakfast on the day of our check-in even though we had paid for the breakfast- included category.

Pros:

Впервую очередь понравилась природа, очень красивое место, вдали от города, тишина и красивая природа. Персонал был приветливым.

Cons:

Отель был интересным но в отеле были проблемы, из туалета пахло канализацией, лифт не работал,поднимались и спускались на пятый этаж пешком, завтрак был скудный,изоляция была ужасной
