Not impressive but the region of Qax is ethereal.. untouched by the influx of tourists.
Pros:

The location of the property was its only positive. The family room was spacious overlooking to the mountains and the river. The bathroom was great with every element being perfect.

Cons:

The service was pathetic. They could not provide us with the food items mentioned in the menu. The room was not cleaned for three days of our stay. The service overall was poor, not money’s worth at all. We were forced to pay for breakfast on the day of our check-in even though we had paid for the breakfast- included category.

Впервую очередь понравилась природа, очень красивое место, вдали от города, тишина и красивая природа. Персонал был приветливым.

Cons:

Отель был интересным но в отеле были проблемы, из туалета пахло канализацией, лифт не работал,поднимались и спускались на пятый этаж пешком, завтрак был скудный,изоляция была ужасной

В комнате кондиционер не работал, было очень жарко из-за этого пришлось поменять бронь и уйти пораньше. И пришлось поменять карту ключ т.к. не работала. Отношение ресепшене было тоже не самым приятным, всего в отеле есть пару уборщиц из-за этого комнаты чистят очень долго

Despite the warm welcome from the front desk team, the overall stay did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The reception staff were truly excellent — very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my stay. Their service was a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience.

Cons:

• The central air conditioning worked inconsistently during the day and was completely off at night, making the room uncomfortably warm.
• The shower drain was blocked, causing water to accumulate and making the shower nearly unusable.
• The electrical setup was frustrating — I couldn’t use the TV and refrigerator at the same time, as they shared the same power socket.
• The bar service was disappointing — no coffee or cold brew was available.
• Breakfast was a poor experience: I had to wait far too long for my meal, and it arrived incorrect in the end.

Exceptional
Pros:

Overall, everything was gorgeous — from the staff to the hotel facilities. I especially appreciated the spa, which offers separate time slots for women and men. The view and decoration of the hotel are truly admirable — it resembles a castle and makes you feel as if you're in the 19th century. The restaurant's cuisine is incredibly delicious, though the prices are higher compared to other tourist spots.
