Great location, welcoming staff who let us check in early for free & let us store our bags once we checked out. Big room for the price we paid.
It smelt like smoke in the room even after airing it out. The bathroom had mould & bedroom clearly used to have mould. We had very wet/bad weather in Sapa & due to it being a rundown building we had condensation on the ceiling which dripped onto the bed, when we reported the issue they said it couldn’t be resolved it was just how the building was. There was a huge family staying in multiple rooms & they were running around causing lots of noise & kept trying to open our bedroom door, which made us feel unsafe, not necessarily the hotels fault but would’ve been nice if they could control guests a bit better.

Located next to the little lake, close to many bar and restaurants. The room was big, A/C worked well, shower with pressure and hot water. Bed a bit hard but ok having a mattress topper.
Dispite the language barrier staff was nice and friendly. I could store my luggage the whole day before getting the night bus.
The owner was nice and agreed to let me shorten my stay due to changes in my travel plans.
Overall the accommodation was fine for a few nights
Room faced a little alley and did not have a window, but just some wooden shutters which did not close completely, not ideal considering that in Sa Pa can get quite cold at night (A/C helped) and does not stop the noise coming from outside, plus no natural light
Bathroom floor quite uneven keeping the water after showering on the opposite side of the drain, leaving the floor always wet near the entrance
Cleaning could be improved, it was quite dirty under the bed
The place had a heater which is great for the end of January in sapa, the location right at the end of the lake make it east to find, hot water and they don't lock you in at night and a short walking distance to the market/night market. Few minor inconveniences but great price and despite my complaints I would stay there again if the chance arose.
They switched me from a single to a double room and I don't know if it applies to all but my window faces the alley so no view or natural light, the cord for the kettle doesn't reach a plug unless you hold it up yourself, has a tv but no channels, no light by the bed was a pain to have to get up to turn on and off the light and being on the second floor was noisy but manageable. The price is great and I would probably stay there again just a different room so my little gripes are pretty petty! Having heat and not just a heated blanket makes up for almost all!

Wow. The service is more than average. They have heaters, good hot water , the room is spacious with lake view. The staff make us feel like home. They also provide motorbike for rent, local trekking tour great experience.
I am highly recommend this place!
