If you are looking for a hotel and not a ghetto dirty motel don't ever show up there.
Pros:

Nothing this was worst than a cheap motel. Worst experience of my life.

Cons:

Everything, dirty old and nasty. police was keep coming to check on neighbors. Bathtub started pouring dirty water .Just like a bad motel at a movie.

Cons:

Went to reception to ask about our coffee maker that states is in our room to be told by the male staff member no coffee in the room you must go to reception for coffee, I then told him there is faeces on our toilet seat he stated he would make sure it's cleaned next time. He was a rude man. On entering the room there was a stale smell, the room was dirty, the floor tiles around the jacuzzi tub have no grout and are lifting, the carpet is threadbare. Most of the motel is used for emergency public housing. We felt very unsafe. BOOKING.COM should remove this Motel from their data base.

I booked this in April and it was guaranteed. I received a phone call Saturday asking me what time I will be arriving. I thought that was odd (I've never been asked that). When we arrived at the Sullivan Inn, I was told Check out is at 11 NOT 12 . I was then told to contact booking.com regarding that. I was also asked for my driver's license. When I asked why, I was told it was their policy. When we opened the door, the room SMELLED VILE. I turned on the AC which wasn't powerful to kill the smell. There was NO Kleenex in the bathroom, just a container. The Jaquez which I paid extra for wasn't cleaned. The pillows had stains on them. Finally after 12 hours, the smell had disappeared. When I turned in my card, no paperwork followed. I asked the clerk for her name and she questioned me. I would NOT recommend the Sullivan Inn.

Pros:

The Jacuzzi room is clean and well set up. The hallway is a bit dingy good value. The owners and staff are very nice.

Highly recommended for those who travel on a budget 😊
Pros:

Value for the money. Also, our room was conveniently located by the staircase/exit so it’s a plus.

The room was stinking of cigarettes, the sheets were burned and there was a crack pipe in the room. The whole place is over run with crack heads. Stay very far away from here.

Terrible.
Pros:

Nothing!!!! Location was fine. Wouldn't dare eat there. Looked too dirty. The cereal looked really old! Screens on window ripped. Two half rolls of toilet paper. Refrigerator was dirty. No glasses in room. The whole room was just grimy.

Cons:

Looked like a welfare hotel. Smell of marijuana everywhere. Afraid of getting robbed or attacked!

Fantastic find with welcoming Staff!
Pros:

Easy check-In, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
