Le gérant n'était pas présent le jour de notre arrivée et n'a pas fait le déplacement malgré de nombreux appels, et l'intervention de Booking.com
Pire Booking a promis de prendre en charge la différence avec le logement alternatif trouvé par nos propres moyens, mais ne m'a jamais remboursé

le seul problem c que j'ai trouvée persone a la reseption il été 21h ou 22h eureusement que j'ai trouvai quelquin qui a appeler le proprio de l'hotel qui nous a bien accuill

On nous a déplacé à un autre établissement dans une rue très sale et c etait différent des photos sur le site.

冷氣效能不太好，有時會滴水，飲水機補水效率待加強。

Everything. The property was not clean and the electrical cable was all around open and broken. Not safe for families.

The location was really bad. No lift in the hotel and room is at 4th Floor.

Dangerous round stairs with no space.

Very hard for kids to use stairs.

Very difficult to carry luggage

I even liked the people, living around. It also was very near to Taksim square and Istiklal street

Cleanes sometimes was great (bathroom was percfetly clean) and sometimes not at all - fridge was very dirty, forks had some food on it etc. I really dislike the smell of cigarettes that people in reception was smoking, it was enetering to our flat when the doors was open.

Horrible place, I did inform the host that we are travelling with family and this was reflected on our booking. We were given 4 floor with broken beds, worst pillows you could imagine, broken tiles on the floor.
We were moved to a different apartment, which was on the 1st floor after complaining, the bed was broken there too and old blankets under to support it. The toilet had no ventilations thus the whole apartment stink.
Since booking.com was not working while we were in Turkey, we were left with no choice to stay additional 2 nights due to plan change.
The lady, Maria offered to pay them 1300 Turkish Lira for each night, which I agreed. By the time I went to pay, the owner came and demanded 2000 Turkish Lira, we finally agreed to pay 3600 for 2 additional nights.
I also spoke with him that we are travelling and on return would like to stay for an extra night and the owner happyliy agreed.
We travelled and came back to stay the night as agreed and a new Iranian Manager came and demanded to pay him 3500 Turkish Lira, and this was by midnight.
I had kids but I felt that this is extortion and I will never let him take advantage of my kids and decided that I will even pay 5000 Turkish Lira but not a single penny to him and left the room.
This Iranian guy did not have the decency to say that I have children, and it's unfair to ask for doublethe price at this time of the night, and we already have an agreement in place.
The Host was a horrible person thus we left on the spot since I had a rental car, all family sat in the car and we got another hotel nearby.

Upon our arrival The room was dirty, full of hair on the bedsheets and bathroom. There was a pair of underwear in the bathroom cabinet, from other guests of course. The duvet had dried and stained blood on it and we didn’t notice until the second day because it was on the underside of it. Location-wise, it is just a block away from taksim square, however the street is pretty run-down (we didn’t have any problems, though, regarding our safety)

The location might not seem the best, but it’s just a few minutes walk away from Taksim square. Cleanliness wasn’t the best but not bad in general.
