Lage super, aber ggf. Zimmer laut!
Pros:

Lage des Hotels sehr gut zentral, aber Eingang sehr schwer zu finden, da Hausnummernangabe falsch. Das Zimmer wiederum lag auf der anderen Seite und da fährt fast die ganze Nacht die Straßenbahn vorbei, was man bei der Ansicht der Lage des Hotels nicht vermuten kann. Gepäckschließfächer umsonst. Das angetroffene Personal war sehr freundlich, ansonsten keinen Kontakt

Pros:

Localização perfeita. O hotel não tem funcionários, então às vezes falta alguma comunicação. Mas há muitas conveniências práticas (como a entrada, ou a limpeza), então o resultado é positivo.

Good over all, but some points to improve
Pros:

There is a Numa Hallen is very well situated, 11 min. walk from the train station, near restaurants, near grocery stores, in the heart of Oslo.
The interior architecture is well designed. We had a big room, Nr. 203, with a small kitchen. Very quiet, even though it’s on the street side, thanks to the good windows. The beds are good. There is a bus stop right outside the main entrance.
Our staying was good over all.
Some points which could be improved.
1. Breakfast: good quality, but the portion is too small and you only have small selection of 2 menus. Tip: Don’t book breakfast – try out the cafés nearby instead.
2. Streaming the soccer world champion matches or Netflix (your own account): poor quality, the TV broadcast was choppy, every few minutes.
3. Digital communication. We don't like talking to a chat bot at all. You have to wait half an hour for someone (human) to reply via chat.
4. No flexibility to check in even 30 minutes early. stop right outside the main entrance.

Cons:

Bon appartement
Pros:

L emplacement très central et quartier calme. Bien équipé, vaste, lit deux places confortable.

Cons:

Chambre sombre avec deux fenêtres au bout devant des arbres. Nous avons été obligés d allumer la lumière même en pleine journée ensoleillée. Le canapé lit n était pas confortable, nos filles ont préféré dormir sur le matelas par terre. Check-in compliqué, le code ne fonctionnait pas avant pour mette le bagage.

Perfect stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

We loved the place so much! It was just the right size, so well equipped, super clean and the check in was easy. The lockers were so convenient. I loved the little oatly milk packs in the room. The window was so cute and a lovely spot to look out and relax. The essentials closet had an iron which was great. The bed was SUPER comfortable and we slept so well. The location couldn’t be better! No complaints really. We were very pleased with everything.

Cons:

The only issue was the tv signal was pretty bad and we were trying to watch Norway play for the FIFA semi finals :(

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße. Straßenbahn fuhr dort direkt vorbei. Es war sehr laut. Unsere Buchung erfolgte aufgrund des Fotos, welches Zimmer mit Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof zeigt. Es gab keinen Hinweis, dass wir ein lautes Zimmer zur Hauptstraße bekommen.

Oslo is well worth a visit & this is a good place to do that from.
Pros:

The room was a compact well appointed apartment with a good sized & comfortable bed, cooking facilities, washing machine & bathroom. 15min walk to Oslo S railway station & to many other great Oslo features.

Cons:

Pretty good overall. Just need to download the Numa App prior to arrival

Very good value.

Cons:

We had a first floor appt. We Frunda it a little noisy, but they give e ARP lúgos and they do write that in the description. But all the other nice things make us feel good..

Pros:

Location is very near to Station and Shopping street. Room is good for 2 people but with kid also can adjust easily.
