L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, il est propre et très sympa dans l’ensemble.
Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et aux petits soins.
C’était un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner en rooftop est vraiment très agréable.

Outstanding Staff, but the Location and Room Comfort Fell Short
Pros:

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Anna and David, who went above and beyond by helping us organize transportation and book our tours, making our time in Hanoi much easier and more enjoyable.

The breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, which is a great place to relax, enjoy Happy Hour, and watch the sunset over the city.

Cons:

Although the hotel is located in the Old Quarter, it sits in a very narrow alley surrounded by food stalls, poultry shops, and meat vendors. Unfortunately, the area has a strong smell that can even reach the rooms. Because of this, we didn’t find much value in booking a room with a balcony, as the view was mostly of neighboring rooftops and the unpleasant odors made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space.

Another inconvenience was that tour buses and larger vehicles cannot access the alley, so we always had to walk with our luggage to the main street for pickups and drop-offs.

The bed was also less comfortable than expected. It consisted of two single mattresses pushed together to form a king-size bed, and both mattresses were quite firm.

Overall, while the service was exceptional, if we were to visit Hanoi again, we would probably choose a hotel closer to Hoàn Kiếm Lake or on a more accessible street, especially considering there are several hotels in that price range with better locations.

Il punto di partenza perfetto per scoprire l'anima di Hanoi.

Il KeCho Legacy è una vera gemma nel cuore del Quartiere Vecchio di Hanoi. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: immerso tra le stradine piene di vita, caffè, ristoranti e negozietti tipici, permette di vivere l'atmosfera più autentica della città.
Molte delle principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata, rendendo ogni uscita un'occasione per scoprire angoli caratteristici e assaporare il fascino di Hanoi.
La colazione è ricca e varia, con un'ampia scelta di piatti locali e internazionali, ideale per iniziare la giornata con energia.
Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff: sempre sorridente, gentile e incredibilmente disponibile. Ci ha aiutato a organizzare le tappe successive del nostro viaggio con professionalità, rispondendo a ogni nostra domanda e offrendoci consigli preziosi. Un'ospitalità che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Excellent location and great value for money

The hotel's location was surprising, situated on a narrow street in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Stepping into the lobby reveals a wonderful, pleasant surprise; everything is beautiful and well-maintained by the staff. Among the team members, I would like to publicly commend Jamie for her excellent service; she gave us precise recommendations on what to visit in the area. The hotel's rooftop is lovely and offers an excellent view of Hanoi's skyline. There was absolutely nothing negative to point out; on the contrary, I must highlight that everything worked very well. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and the bathtub in the bathroom was great.

Le rooftop exceptionnel.
La décorations est très soigné ce qui donne un ton asiatique cosy

Cons:

Pas grand chose a part le fait de sortir et de se retrouver directement dans l'ambiance tonitruante d'hanoï.
La différence entre ce cocon douillet qu'est le kecho legacy et le vieux quartier et son ambiance un peu déjanté est une épreuve a laquelle il faut se préparer lorsque l'on sort.

Superbe accueil, personnel très attentif. Notre avion a atterrit à 6h et l'équipe de l'hôtel nous a immédiatement proposé un petit déjeuner et de nous aider pour les cartes sim en attendant que la chambre soit prête.
L'hôtel est parfaitement placé, le petit dej est très bon et le bar en rooftop est très agréable.

Cons:

Manque d'un espace commun pour pouvoir lire un livre au calme à tout moment sans déranger.

Hôtel incroyable, d’une beauté authentique et idéalement situé.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute des clients, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.

Nous avons particulièrement échangé avec Anna, qui a fait preuve d’une grande bienveillance. Elle nous a aidés à réserver une excursion dans la baie d’Ha Long et nous a conseillé les plus beaux endroits à visiter.

Si nous devions revenir à Hanoï, nous choisirions cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation, notamment grâce à la qualité exceptionnelle de son personnel.

Non so neanche da dove partire per descrivere la poca serietà di questa ( costosa) struttura. La prima mattina uscendo alle 8 abbiamo sentito un trapano ma non ci abbiamo fatto molto caso, alle 3.30 del pomeriggio siamo tornati in stanza ( che non era neanche stata pulita nonostante avessimo lasciato il cartellino) e abbiamo sentito il trapano nella stanza affianco, abbiamo chiamato il personale e chiesto spiegazioni, ci è stato risposto che stavano ristrutturando e che se volevamo riposare potevamo andare alla spa. Dopo non poche rimostranze, spiegando che la stanza era pagata per l’intera giornata e non solo dalle 6 di sera alle 6 del mattino, ci è stato detto che infatti non avevano affittato le altre stanze del piano ( perché la nostra di allora?) ma che avrebbero fatto smettere gli operai, ciò non è successo, sono passati dal trapano al martello. Uscendo per cena abbiamo spiegato che se non volevano cambiarci stanza e il giorno dopo ci fossero stati ancora i lavori ce ne saremmo andati, ci hanno assicurato assoluto silenzio. La mattina successiva a colazione si sono scusati ma appena rientrati in stanza sono venuti ad avvisarci che i lavori sarebbero proseguiti per tutto il giorno, come sempre potevamo andare alla spa…. Abbiamo detto avremmo fatto il check out anticipato dopo un’ora ( 8 del mattino), appena usciti dall’hotel ho ricevuto una mail da Booking che mi informava che l’hotel aveva segnato che non ci eravamo mai presentati per il check in ( in questo modo non avrei potuto fare la recensione), naturalmente la nostra presenza in hotel era ampiamente dimostrabile dalla ricevuta di pagamento.
