Lovely stay, really enjoyed this hotel and their staff friendliness
Pros:

The staff was really good, come to welcome you and chat with you every morning. I would not recommend enough Rosie that has been supporting our full trip by helping us book all excursion and giving us great advice. You can trust her 100%. And also a special mention to Anna at the reception for her tips and friendliness.

Cons:

Nothing really, I’ll say just the main window had a big wood barricade in front of it, so the room what quite dark but it wasn’t a real issue. We did truly enjoyed our trip.

This hotel is worth the time to stay. The roof top bar is a highlight and the staff were excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. It included a large variety of western and traditional Vietnamese breakfast items and eggs cooked to order.

Cons:

Spa prices were a little more expensive than some of the spas in the area, however they were very inclusive and the staff went above and beyond to accomdate requests.

De locatie is goed, keuze bij ontbijt, comfortabel bed. Jamie heeft ons goed geholpen om tips te geven en tickets te regelen.

Cons:

Alles was prima, het enige misschien minpunt is dat het hotel in de drukte van de stad ligt.

Great location, great staff, great hotel!
Pros:

Cleanliness, facilities, view, all excellent. The rooftop bar & restaurant was a highlight. Jamie on reception was super friendly and helpful - give that girl a promotion!

Pros:

Fantastiskt hjälpsam och trevlig personal.
Trevlig/ mysig inredning.
Läcker bar högst upp med utsikt.
Väldigt centralt men ändå lugnt läge. Nära vacker sjö.
Spa med möjligheter till behandlingar.

Cons:

Små rum, svårt att få plats med resväskorna.

Pros:

Bon petit déjeuné.

Cons:

Accueil peu chaleureux. Peu mieux faire sur la propreté (chaussettes sales oubliées dans l'armoire). Je comprends que pendant le Têt un autre menu soit applicable mais alors il faut le mentionner sur la carte car grosse déception pour les enfants au moment de la commande.

Pros:

Room was very clean and well maintained. Very well designed and absolutely stunning. Views over Hanoi were amazing also. Breakfast was so so good. Highly recommend staying here, just wish we stayed longer.

Distinctly decorated hotel with kind staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff, well decorated. Room had big windows with a nice city view. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Room is quite dark so it is a bit hard to tell if it is clean. We got a balcony but didn't use it at all due to the city pollution. Space is a bit small.

Posizione in pieno Old Quarter. Camera un po’ piccola ma con tutto. Ottima la colazione con splendida vista sulla città.

Cons:

Accanto alla nostra stanza c’erano i motori dei condizionatori, una notte uno di questi ha iniziato a emettere un forte rumore, lo staff non é riuscito a migliorare la situazione e abbiamo passato la notte insonne.
Volevamo prenotare con loro dei servizi aggiuntivi ma non rispondevano al telefono.
