What you see in the listing is what you get. No hidden details. On the 31st floor. Good view of the city. Proximity to the Baywalk, beach, drug store, convenience store, and fruits market was super nice.
A few roaches were present during my stay, but the bug spray helped to remedy this problem.

i am written this for awareness. when you walk out from the hotel there's a lot of beggars and scammer there are 2 times that my husband meet the scammer at the mall robinson place and the lads introduced himself as a security and telling his story that its his son birthday and asking my husband for a money to buy a cake cost 3.500 pesos but actually his not a part of security team in the malate bayview mansion so I'm writing this to make everyone aware that there's a scammer eyeing the guest or targeting the guest so be aware of this while you walking outside.

Great place to stay is more an apartment than a hotel, so don't get confused. But you get all the benefits of having a full apartment to yourself that includes having a kitchen and washing machine, some of this apartments come even with balcony if your are lucky enough to get one with it. Staff is friendly and you get to do early check in at no cost.
Some times staff can be a bit overwhelming and maybe too friendly if you get catch my drift.
Other than that all good.

Bed linen not changed, noisey air con, did not respond to request for more toilet paper and some cockroaches in the room
