Excellent value and a great location
Pros:

Very reasonable price, great location, easy check-in, very clean.

Cons:

Very poor sound insulation (sounds of doors opening and closing travelled loudly throughout the property, could clearly hear other guests talking on the phone, etc.); listing said there was on site parking however the message sent by the hosts a couple of days before the booking advised there was on-road parking, and when I got there this was very limited and it took me a while to find a space down the road; also the room was very hot - yes, it was a heatwave, but it could have been kept cooler by keeping the window (and the skylight on the landing) closed during the day and the blinds down (plus I think the radiator was on?!). Bed was a single (bottom bunk), which I did not mind but it was advertised as a double.

Precio-Calidad bastante acertado dado que era una habitación pequeña con pestillo y TV.
Además de ser bastante silencioso.
El sitio se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del aeropuerto de Luton.

Cons:

Es dificil de llegar hasta la sitio ademas de que la TV no funcionaba sin contraseña.
Y de Londres bastante alejado.

Cons:

Am stat ai pentru 2 nopți, în prima noapte totul a fost normal.
In a doua seară, proprietarul a început să facă diferite lucrări ciudate in jurul orei 9 seara până aproape de miezul nopții.
Întreaga locuință era plină de mizerie, podeaua nu fusese aspirată de zile bune.

No towels
Pros:

Good location with enough parking spots on the street. My room was just all right, I had the bunk bed. Great system for locks, really fancy and reliable.

Cons:

Nothing makes you more happy than self check-in after midnight to find out your room has absolutely no towels for you. Of course it was too late to reach the owners and of course it was too late to get one from nearby Tesco. Staff error or not, I didn't buy the story that "the guests prefer to have their own towels".

Another quirky rule is the "no shoes policy". I'd understand if all floors including rooms had carpets, but that applies only to stairs. I understand that owners most likely live in the house and prefer to limit the amount of cleaning, but still.

No Heating and Hot Water
Cons:

The heating was off and there wasn’t any hot water, so I couldn’t have a shower. When I asked the staff, they said the boiler is under maintenance, so I’m not sure when it’ll be back on.
