Maison Hotel DDP

Camera sporchissima.
Water che perde ed allaga il bagno.
Foto non corrispondenti alla realtà: non c'è il letto ma solo un materasso per terra.
La colazione è inestistente (pane e marmellata risalenti a chissà quando lasciati in frigo).

打扫没干净，床上还有上一任用过的美瞳，厕所门边还有蜘蛛网，超级脏，实在受不了了，直接提前退房，酒店也不接受退款，只能送她一晚上房费，太恶心了。

Extremely limited space in the room and no ventilator fan in the bathroom. Also no shelf in the room nor bathroom.

The toilet was broken (wouldn't flush). We notified the staff in the afternoon at 3pm and someone came to fix it the same day but from what I remember that was after 10pm which is quite an inconvenient time. The thing that holds the showerhead was broken. The key to the place was really hard to fit into the keyhole and I think it might break off inside the keyhole soon. The following part was to be expected but there is pretty much zero space on the floor. We travelled with bags only but a suitcase would be hard to open. The room is not soundproof at all. Car and motorcycle sounds will sound very loud and if there are other guests in the hallway you can hear every word and every step. There was no handsoap. The wallpaper towards the bottom is starting to come off. We paid roughly 350.000 Won (roughly 200€) to stay at this place for three nights which was cheaper compared to other places but I think this price is way too high considering the overall state of the room.

Check in at 5PM…. check out at 11AM….
The place is dirty, nit only in the room. Trash laying on the ground and mess everywhere. The information on the booking is wrong. They gave the wrong address and the breakfast information is misleading. The electric system is from the bedrock. You cannot use the fridge and charge your phone. There is no lobby nor breakfast. Not even rats would eat that “breakfast”. That’s a place where couples go to have fun for 1/2 hours.

The staff have 0 interpersonal skills and the communication was very hard. They know some English but don’t understand English.


Iif you don’t believe me, you can waste your money like I did…

The service was not very satisfactory. Towels were not provided or changed. There was no housekeeping or room cleaning service, and many amenities were lacking. Overall, it was not as impressive as expected

Could do with a make over, with a little effort

Самый ужасный и грязный "отель", который я когда либо видела. Т.к. искала в последний момент все было занято и нужен был обязательно 3х местный, забронировала этот отель. Брала 1 двухместный и 2 трехместных номера. Во всех грязные обшарпанные стены, оборванные обои, все потолки в паутине, из ванной комнаты постоянная вонь. В 1 номере не работал слив в туалете, не было воды. Написала персоналу, она еще и удивилась, попросила заснять видео или фото показать...значит туалет просто не мыли, раз не знали про слив. Ни в одном номере нет шкафов, номера маленькие, получается кровать, раскрытый чемодан и все, места нет. Полотенца маленькие как для ног, у меня дома кухонные и то больше. Очень пожалела, что забронировала на 7 дней. Все номера изначально были грязноватые, уборки за 7 дней конечно же не было ни разу.

They say they send you a link to self check in, and then they don't. There is no reception and nobody to guide you, and oftentimes, they don't even answer to the messages.

The bathroom sink had only hot water. When you turned it to cold, no water came out, so i had to wash my teeth in the shower in order to not burn myself.
There is also no wardrobe, only a small room where to put your luggage.
They advertise the tv has netflix and other ott services, but in reality, the only working channels are the korean ones, and with how old the tv was, i really doubt it could connect to internet at all.
