Excellent hotel, location, breakfast & staff - would go back again and again!
Pros:

Hotel is excellent! Wonderful central location to Old Town, super tasty sit down breakfast options & frankly our room we could have probably moved into permanently. Housekeeping was top notch & when we had an issue with the heat the front desk respond immediately.

Cons:

We had to take two elevators and multiple sets of small stairs to get to our room - it was a bit of a maze getting there. Everything was truly outstanding!

Great location. Wonderful tastefully decorated rooms. Extremely clean. We couldn't fault it.
Wonderful breakfast lots of choice and all freshly cooked.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Staff almost over enthusiastic. Only a couple of niggles nothing serious.
They forgot our breakfast after ordering the first morning, which was soon rectified.
Reception staff then tried to charge us for breakfast on checking out after we had prepaid. Again soon rectified.

Simplement parfait
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique, sa localisation est exceptionnelle tout est à portée de main. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, à la réception comme au restaurant. L’équipe du petit déjeuné est là pour que vos souhaits soient réalisés vous n’avez qu’à demander et tout apparaît avec un sourire ou un mot gentil. Tout est propre. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale avec un coin salon et cuisine ( lave vaisselle , lave linge, ….) . La salle de sports est également superbe,

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé, juste mais c’est un détail un petit miroir à la salle de bain pour le maquillage aurait été un plus.

Hotel requintado, charmoso e funcional. Excelente equipa.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Os funcionários foram excepcionais, todos eles. O pequeno almoço não é Buffet mas é excelente, recomendo o Full Scottish breakfast, é uma vitamina para o dia inteiro. O glamour é uma constante. A localização é sem dúvida excelente, estar ao lado da Catedral é um privilégio. Não explorei todas as valências do hotel. Para quem optar por transportes publicos, mesmo com uma mala grande o acesso ao hotel é prefeitamente viável. Espero ter o previlégio de poder voltar.
