The location is a little bit far, especially with the bad road that makes it difficult to move from the hotel
Vriendelijk personeel en prachtig uitzicht vanaf de kamer. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en erg ruim. Eten bij het restaurant was echt geweldig en de service ook.
Helaas lijkt het erop dat er achterstallig onderhoud is. Dit zie je vooral aan de kamers (bijv los zittende kranen) en zorgt ervoor dat dingen ook wat minder schoon zijn.
The perfect place to unwind after a long ABC trek! Because it’s a short drive from Pokhara itself, it truly feels like an escape, peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff were even better, they worked tirelessly to make our stay incredible. The food was exactly as described and well worth the wait, freshly prepared and cooked to order!! Loved our stay
Unfortunately, the massage wasn’t worth the price compared to other options we got in Pokhara (I shared my feedback to why but didn’t receive acknowledgement). Some areas of the property are a little more run down than the photos suggest, but this seems to align with their eco-friendly approach.
Wonderful location, pleasant and helpful staff, great concept from the owner of sponsoring an academy to train hotel staff, would love to come back!
Cannot think of anything I did not like
The hotel is set in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. The restaurant served fresh and well prepared dishes. The staff was excellently trained and very friendly.
Es waren wunderbare drei Tage, die ich im The Pavillon verbringen durfte. Die Atmosphäre ist unglaublich ruhig und einladend, sodass ich wirklich abschalten und neue Energie tanken konnte. Ich habe mich selbst wieder gefunden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann The Pavillon jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe, Erholung und exzellenten Service sucht. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Too far out of town and not much to do. The massages and other activities were very expensive.

Great escape from the hustle bustle of city life
Its like ur in heaven!! The location is sooooooooo beautiful omg, I used to wake up at 4:30 am to watch the sunrise, soooo beautiful, so many butterflies and birds, and golden eagles, the food is excellent, the room is spacious. Im coming back for sure, im checking out today and its soooo hard to leave truly
The room needs good cleaning
The location and cause of this hotel is amazing. We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff is ever friendly, they serve excellent food and all of that at a beautiful serene location just outside the hustle and buste of Pokhara. Also the spa experience was good! We highly recommend staying at the hotel.
