We stayed 2 seperate nights at the beginning and end of a trek out of Manali.
It was off season so both nights we were transferred to the same room in their sister hotel 'Mayflower' across the street.
We stayed in a family room, which was more like 2 connecting rooms each with their own bathroom. It was very spacious.

Breakfast was included but our first morning we had to leave too early, so we were straight away offered a packed breakfast. Very kind.
The second morning we did enjoy breakfast. We were impressed with the selection and quality despite it being off season and the low occupancy.

We also had lunch in the restaurant once. We were a bit nervous about this, as we were the only ones there, but we needn't have worried. We picked some Indian dishes. All was very tasty and very reasonably priced.

On the last day we were granted a late check out for a fee. All staff were nice, friendly and helpful.

Location is good. 10 minutes walk to either mall road or old manali.

Breakfast and location both were good.

The breakfast buffet was substantial and tasty with lots of different options. The heater in the room was very much needed. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet and peaceful.

Family friendly stay under budget near Mall road, Location is 10-15 minutes walking distance from Mall road. The hotel provides all the comfort and facilities. Excellent Stay!!!

The location is best suitable for exploring manali by walk, Mall road, old Manali, Hidimba Devi Temple all are just 10-15 mins walk away.
Staff is really very nice and supportive, specially Mr. Khan Ashu and Balveer.

Good place to stay. Staffs are so friendly and supportive.

We stayed at this beautiful property from 13th of December to 15th of December, in delux room which was the most basic trim of that property, but the moment we entered that room we were totally blown away by its interior, the room was so big and neat and clean , felt like a newly built property, I have been to many hotels in Manali and I liked all of them until I found this property, this was not even budget friendly but also felt like a luxury property. We had a plan to move out on 15th and we’re supposed to meet our rest of the family in kasol but we canceled the plan after seeing the suite room which was more like a penthouse, the manager of the property that is Mr. Nishu Suryavanshi showed us the family suite and we then and there booked the property for 3 more next days.

Pros:
1. property is like Hollywood style hotels like in the British movies
2. Rooms are humongous
3. They even have separate room as a closet section
4. The beds were perfect not so soft not so hard
5. 24*7 hot water supply
6. In suite they had two bathrooms and two toilets
7. The staff is super duper friendly and helpful specially the manager Mr Nishu Suryavanshi, very sweet and easy to talk to, he even arranged cabs for us without any extra charges.
8. The view from terrace was the best part of the hotel
9. They have placed chairs almost every corner just to sit and enjoy the view
10. They have really big 7 seated sofas in the room and with 2 tables
11. No sound pollution and everything is at walking distance

The location was perfect.. Near circuit house and mall road.. But not in the middle of a crowd. Hadimba temple and mall road were just a few meters from the hotel. The room had a really lovely view with a balcony and a lawn.. Where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Mr. Nishu, the front office manager helped us in making our stay really comfortable. The staff were really polite and welcoming.
