Pool was good, the bed was confortable, the aircon worked
Pros:

The location is superb

Cons:

Rubbish on the bay, leaky toilet and pipes, exposed wires on plug behind the mini fridge, limited menu choice, difficulty checking in, difficulty working out the hot water, inconsistent gate security on exit as was asked to have a piece of paper signed but reception was adamant that it was only applicable for guests with vehicles and having to pay to use the facilities (pool) and this charge was not advertised when we booked.

Schimmel, Dreck, Insekten - Die reinste Katastrophe!

Die Lobby und der Pool haben schön ausgesehen, das war es aber schon.

Cons:

Gleich vorweg: Für uns sind die durchaus positiven Bewertungen der Unterkunft überhaupt nicht verständlich. Es war eine reine Katastrophe!

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt nicht sehr motiviert, so wird man z.B. erstmal ignoriert, obwohl 3 Mitarbeiterinnen anwesend waren und keine mit einem Gast beschäftigt war.
Check in ist ab 15 Uhr möglich, wir sind bereits um 14 Uhr angekommen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Check in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist und wir in der Lobby warten sollen. Es wurde 15 Uhr und keiner ist auf uns zugegangen, um uns über den aktuellen Stand zu informieren. Um 15:15 Uhr wurde uns auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer fertig ist, wir aber warten müssen bis wir abgeholt werden. Nach 1,5 Stunden wurden wir schließlich um 15:30 Uhr in das Zimmer gebracht.

Das Zimmer:
Eine reine Katastrophe! Schon beim Betreten hat man durch den modrigen Geruch bemerkt, dass es hier schimmelt. Die Wände waren teilweise feucht, in allen Ecken hingen Spinnweben (inkl. Spinnen). Auf den Wänden und an der Decke klebten überall Motten-Larvensäcke.
Als wir den Kleiderschrank geöffnet haben, haben wir einen komplett versifften und schimmeligen Polster gefunden, der eigentlich schon lange im Müll hätte landen müssen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Überzug vom Polster im Bett abgezogen und einen ebenfalls schimmeligen Polster vorgefunden. Die Tatsache, dass man einen schimmeligen Polster überzieht und den Gästen bereitstellt um darauf zu übernachten, ist einfach unbegreiflich. Wer nicht krank werden möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft meiden!

Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns dazu entschieden, sofort wieder auszuchecken. Zum Glück konnten wir kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft finden.

Pas terrible
Pros:

Les extérieurs sont assez soignés et jolis

Cons:

La chambre , literie pas confortable, télé ne marchant pas ( n'ont pas su palier à ce problème.
Pas d'eau chaude car robinet d'eau chaude fermé car fuite ( ouvrir robinet, se doucher et vite refermer).. rideaux salles et déchirés.
