Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Roots! The included breakfast exceeded our expectations - great location. Would most definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing to note is that there was a slight smell in the washroom coming from the drain or pipes or water? We weren't sure but it didn't ruin our stay!

They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
Pros:

The Roots hotel staff went out of their way to have hiking poles ready for us upon our arrival as we could not bring them on our flight. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our first night in Albania.

I cannot say enough about how kind these people are - they welcomed us and ensured they booked all of our travel (ferry, bus) to Valbona.

The room was brand new, clean, and very spacious.

Ich musste früh los Richtung Flughafen, es wurde ein Lunch Paket hergerichtet. Dieses Hat sich leider ein anderer Gast genommen.

Good stay with helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location and helpful staff. Great takeaway breakfast for trip to Komani Lake.

Cons:

Felt like a business hotel more than a holiday hotel. There also wasn’t much room between the beds and the wall as there is a big pillar in the room. Our room door wouldn’t lock but the staff were extremely helpful in resolving the problem.

Nuits très bruyantes visiteurs non respectueux et personnel non réactif pour calmer cela
Petit dej incomplet car hôtel « non complet » nous avons été restreints à des assiettes dressées et non un buffet comme annoncé lors de la réservation
