Cons:

Gjatë qëndrimit tim, përvoja nuk ishte në nivelin e duhur.
Recepsionisti në orët e vona nuk ishte në gjendje të mirë dhe nuk ofroi shërbim korrekt.
Në mëngjes, kamarieri dhe punonjësi i parkimit u sollën në mënyrë jo profesionale dhe në gjendje shumë të papërshtatshme për punë.

Nuk është e pranueshme që në një hotel kaq të mirë dhe të vlerësuar, me investimin që ka bërë pronari, të mungojë një staf cilësor dhe profesional

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location is great, close to the city center.
The rooms are cute and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

There’s no parking at the property! They directed us to a nearby parking lot and told us it would cost €5, but in the end we were charged €20 — so keep that in mind if you have a car.
The shower didn’t drain properly and the floor was full of water.
The room was quite cold and there weren’t enough blankets.

Pros:

Hôtel neuf, chambres modernes, lit confortable. Jolie salle de bain moderne. Petit déjeuner buffet dans un grande salle agréable. Bon café ! Parking en sous sol.

Het is een modern hotel met mooie inrichting. De eigenaar was erg behulpzaam en heeft een ontbijt voor ons gemaakt die we mee konden nemen omdat we de volgende dag om 6:30 uur weg moesten. Ook was hij snel bereikbaar voor andere vragen. De auto is dichtbij te parkeren (betaald).

Cons:

De hygiëne van de kamer had beter gekund (maar over het algemeen was het schoon) en de bedden waren nogal hard. De eigenaar was niet altijd fysiek aanwezig maar was wel bereikbaar per telefoon.

We had a very pleasant stay at this new facility. Staff was responsive and friendly.
Pros:

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the city centre. I liked that during late hours, we could enter the hotel via our room card (digital key). That was very convenient.

Pros:

L’allotjament està molt ben situat en un carrer tranquil a 100m del carrer Idromeno (el centre)
L’habitació era àmplia, lluminosa i tenia una terrassa. L’hotel és molt nou i l’accès és a peu pla (no cal ascensor, les habitacions son en planta baixa)
L’aparcament és o bé enfront de l’hotel (aparcament gratuit) o bé, si no hi ha lloc, enfront mateix hi ha un aparcament per 4€/24h. El noi de la recepció va ser molt amable i ens va oferir per aparcar-nos dues vegades el cotxe.
L’esmorzar és genial: productes sans, frescos, varietat i casolà.
Tot el personal és molt molt atent. Penso que el millor que puc explicar és que en el nostre viatge per Albània-Montenegro ens havíem deixat els dos darrers dies sense destí definitiu i vam repetir aquest hotel a Shkoder perquè ens va encantar i tenia una molt bona relació qualitat-preu

מלון מרכזי, חדרים חדשים, וצוות.פשוט מדהים !!
מהרגע הראשון שנחתנו, הטיולים הפרטים, השירות והדאגה.
היינו 3 חברות ויצאנו לטייל בצפון, ממש ממש ממליצה !
