Eccellente albergo ! Meno bello subito fuori!
Pros:

L'Hotel è ottimo come hotel per famiglie. La cucina è perfettamente organizzata e offre piatti mediamente buoni/ ottimi diversificando continuamente tra pranzo e cena e tra i diversi giorni. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre attento. L'animazione è ottima (anche per me che non la seguo). La piscina è lunga e ampia e molto bella. Le sdraio al mare, comprese nel prezzo, anche queste molto utili. Il mare è bello

Cons:

Appena si esce dall'albergo è un disastro. Marina di Pulsano corrisponde ad una strada asfaltata di grande traffico , almeno in agosto, con una passeggiata ricavata ai lati della strada. Giustamente l'equipe dell'albergo fa tutto il possibile per tenere gli ospiti al suo interno ma ogni tanto due passi fuori sarebbero utili!

Non può definirsi un “4 stelle” e i costi sono elevati rispetto a quanto offre
Pros:

La posizione vicina al lido con il mare bellissimo dall’acqua limpida e verde-azzurra; il giardino che circonda la struttura curatissimo e con palme altissime; personale molto gentile; gli aperitivi “a tema“ che andrebbero fatti tutte le sere prima di cena e non solo tre volte a settimana (martedì, giovedì e sabato)

Cons:

Nella hall fa sempre molto caldo, così anche per le scale e nei corridoi dell’hotel, in quanto l’aria condizionata è in funzione solo nelle stanze e nella sala ristorante; anche il parcheggio all’aperto e sotto il sole cocente (e non solo quello in garage) è a pagamento e non è custodito; nonostante la presenza della piscina per bambini, la piscina più grande è a quasi uso esclusivo di bambini e genitori con bambini in età da pannolino, per cui, tranne che in alcuni brevi lassi di tempo, risulta impraticabile; l’arredo delle stanze è alquanto essenziale, non disponendo di armadi (avevamo a disposizione una piccola asta con alcune grucce) e non sapevamo come stendere asciugamani e costumi; struttura che avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione. Il personale è molto valido ma insufficiente.
