Pros:

The decor was fabulous. Had dinner here and it did not disappoint. Only a few minutes walk from town and a local gym. Quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Très joli hôtel, à taille humaine, bien équipé, confortable. Très bon accueil (malgré une arrivée tardive). service attentionné.

Cons:

Pour les chambres sur rue, l'isolation phonique est très légère.

Really lovely relaxing stay at a great hotel.
Pros:

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to try to make our stay more comfortable. My friend wanted a twin room, we had been in a double and they switched rooms as soon as they could. I would recommend Brook Lane and will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Very little to speak of on the negative. I did have some difficulty figuring out the shower settings in the bathroom. That wasn't fun!

Location, food, rooms were all fantastic

Cons:

The heat in the room. It was so warm. Had to open windows as no thermostat to reduce temp.

Also no coffee making facilities in the room
