Pros:

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The family room we had was essentially a very large apartament, everything was very clean and new. But most importantly, I was impressed with the kindness of the staff. My 2-year old daughter broke her leg while we were staying at the property and the people working at the reception that night offered their help to take us to the hospital. Ali went with us and stayed at the hospital with us ensuring we know where to go and helped explain our needs to the medical personnel. I am so deeply grated for the care and support we received at that hotel.

なんだかんだで次回もここにするかも
Pros:

二度目の宿泊です
前回ホテルの方の応対が親切でしたので今回もこちらに決めました
今回感じたのはハウスキーパーさんの掃除の念入りさ、フレンドリーさ
一部屋の掃除が丁寧に感じました
そしてなんて会話したわけではないのですが親切な対応になんか和みました

Приятный отель
Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города, номер был чистым и уютным, красивая сантехника . Кровать немного жестковата и скрипит. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный . Персонал доброжелательный. До достопримечательностей ездили на такси.

Hôtel moderne à Tashkent
Pros:

Hôtel moderne, chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec du salé et du sucré (le même tous les jours).
Arrêts de bus proche. La piscine est agréable au vu de la chaleur ambiante.

Cons:

Piscine très chlorée. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le sauna. Le service de lessive est très cher.

Чистый бассейн.

Cons:

Не понравились кровати и подушки очень жесткие , запах не приятный стоит в отеле, который персонал пытается замаскировать амортизаторами. Жили на 4 м этажа с очень маленьким окном, душевая до конца не закрывается вся вода льется на унитаз, нет полотенца для ног . Халатов нет , чтобы сходить в бассейн не очень удобно . Завтрак тоже не очень , за такую цену на сутки есть много хороших отелей .
