Amazing Apartments
Pros:

The Apartments are 100% fully equipped with all the necessities, clean and modern. The host is also super nice & helpful.

Unbefriedigend!

Pool wäre eigentlich schön gewesen, schöne Schirme und Liegen

Cons:

Obwohl wir zur Nachmittagszeit allein am Pool waren, hat der Betreiber unseren Kindern das Ball spielen verboten - Begründung der Ball sei zu groß, Tennisballgröße wäre in Ordnung gewesen. das Babybecken lag unbeschattet in der prallen Sonne; auf Nachfrage, ob ein Schirm dorhin gebracht werden könnte, Ablehnung. Insgesamt ein unfreundlicher Betreiber. Die Lage ist ungünstig zwischen Bahngleisen und an der Bundesstraße gelegen, also laut.
Im Wohnzimmer war immer ein Gasgeruch und alle Türen haben elendig gequietscht.

Nowocześnie, wygodnie, idealne do wypoczynku
Pros:

Nowocześnie, super czysto, kompleksowo wyposażona kuchnia. W łazience pralka. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Osoby w recepcji bardzo pomocne. W recepji można kupić kawe i coś do przegryzienia. Brak problemów z parkowaniem. Obiekt ma zamykaną bramę na noc. Możliwość korzystania z dużego basenu. Niedaleko do plaży i małych włoskich miasteczek. Czy napisałem już że było bardzo czysto? :)

Cons:

Może to, że po trzech dniach trzeba było ruszać dalej. ;)

Perfect apartments
Pros:

Very comfortable apartments.Everything was clean. All necessary equipment is available. Great pool. Was surprised that every room had air conditioning.

Cons:

When turning the water tap, there was a smell of gas from the water heater on the balcony. There were ants in the room. But these were minor nuances. Surely all the other benefits outweigh this shortcoming

Soggiorno eccellente con la famiglia
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questa struttura nuova, molto pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve all’interno di un appartamento (stoviglie, macchina del caffè, lavatrice, Wi-Fi, tv in ogni camera, aria condizionata, su richiesta avvenuta telefonicamente abbiamo anche trovato in camera da letto la spondina del letto per i bambini. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattutto quella dell’ultimo giorno di non farci effettuare il check-out alle ore 10:00 come da regolamento della struttura ma bensì di poter uscire dall’appartamento alle ore 12:00-12:30 in modo da permettere di poter cucinare e far mangiare il bambino prima della partenza. Durante il soggiorno e su nostra richiesta abbiamo ricevuto anche una seconda scheda (tessera RFID) che ci ha permesso di poter azionare - tramite il dispositivo elettrico a muro - la lavatrice anche quando non eravamo presenti in casa. La piscina in loco è davvero meravigliosa, non manca nulla (docce, bagni, sdraio, musica e un angolo bar presente nella vicina reception). Comodi e sicuri i parcheggi interni situati davanti gli appartamenti per auto e/o moto poiché la sera in struttura veniva chiuso il cancello automatico di cui ognuno è dotato di apposito telecomando per l’accesso. Lenzuola e tovaglie pulite. Dall’host, all’arrivo vengono inoltre inviati tramite wathsapp dei file pdf inerenti la ricevuta di deposito cauzionale che verrà poi restituita a fine soggiorno (salvo danni all’interno della casa) e un secondo file contente consigli utili per dove poter mangiare, cosa visitare e dove sono situati i principali servizi come ATM, rifornimento, supermercati, ecc.! Super consigliato per famiglie con o senza bambini per trascorrere dei giorni in totale relax. Situato a 15 min. da Capo D’Orlando e a circa 45 min. da Cefalù (visitate entrambe). Il sig. Giancarlo e Fatima sono stati sempre cordiali sin dal 1 giorno.

Cons:

La ferrovia vicina, i treni passavano ogni 15/20 minuti.
Poca attrazione per i bambini, potrebbe essere utile in loco uno staff di animazione. il titolare Giancarlo ci ha riferito di voler realizzare (già in progetto) un’area giochi per bambini, speriamo riesca presto per far divertire i nostri piccoli. Anche se puntualizzate, queste due ultime note non precludono la scelta di questo posto!

Accueil parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique . Des tips nous ont été envoyés le jour de notre arrivée pour pouvoir se restaurer ou visiter.
La piscine, la propreté, l’accès extérieur un vrai plus.

Très agréable
Pros:

Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable
Logement propre, climatisé / la piscine adjacente était elle aussi propre et malgré le monde par moment nous n’avions jamais la sensation de foule. Il y a également un petit snack sur place qui est très appréciable 👍

Cons:

Un peu excentré des sites touristiques
Insonorisation très moyenne, nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants (bruit de chaises etc à 1/2h du matin et rebelote le matin des 8h) malgré l’intervention du propriétaire cela n’a rien changé

Wonderful clean and comfortable residence for short or long stays!
Pros:

It is a beautiful residence. Very comfortable and very clean. Everyone is attentive to any questions or needs. The pool and pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. Giancarlo and his staff are great!
