Great location, great staff, incredible rooms
Pros:

Sensational property in an incredible location. Everything was easy to access in the area, the rooms are incredible, we were lucky enough to get upgraded to an even nicer room which I would confidently say was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful and even helped with issues we were having outside of the accommodation I would highly recommend staying here as our experience was perfect

Nice room but difficult surroundings.
Pros:

Central location easy to walk to bell and drum tower and the city walls, but very noisy street. The room is nicely done with good beds but there are lots of stairs so beware of heavy luggage or reduced mobility. The staff were helpful supplying a kettle and water for tea.

Cons:

Its very much a guest house not a hotel. Very noisy street with live music outside bars you can hear in bed - not great for kids. There is no breakfast included or available and no one there before 8am so you can’t get coffee or tea if you go out early.

Situation géographique parfaite mais très bruyante.
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal pour circuler dans la ville. L’hôtel est juste à côté des remparts de la ville ce qui est très agréable!

Cons:

Malheureusement des bars dansant étaient situé juste en dessous et le bruit était infernal la nuit. Ils nous ont laissé des boule quies mais ça ne suffisait pas.

Unfortunately, the mark is the lowest as the hotel located at the street with bars and karaoke, music continues till 2-3 o’clock, it is impossible to sleep. There is no one info about it on the hotel description.

Cool small hotel in interesting area of old town
Pros:

Ideal location in interesting area next to the wall. Boutique hotel with excellent service. Great rooftop with food and beer available.

La posizione sotto le mura , la stanza enorme , lo staff molto gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Il rumore: nonostante il personale mi sia venuto incontro cambiando la stanza prima dell'arrivo i bar sotto sono veramente troppo rumorosi, i bassi delle casse si sentono dalle scale.

La pulizia ( soprattutto a terra ) è molto approssimativa.

Wonderful, homely & stylish base on Xi'An walls
Pros:

Fabulous location, brilliant style, big room, easy-going staff. Everything exactly as a good inn should be. The rooftop area is an unexpected bonus, with great views of the Wall. What a great hotel all round

Cons:

The business next door is a Karaoke bar ... so sometimes you'll get a burst of bad singing at 11pm ... Nothing the hotel can do, but worth knowing about

Internet and roaming not available in all areas of property, water leakage in bathroom which owners try to address but it kept happening, 2 flights of stairs to get to property
