Очень понравившись фото объекта. Неплохой современный ремонт. Визуально все выглядит просто замечательно: уютная кровать, кухня, балкон. И вроде бы центр не так далеко… Но, но…

Cons:

1. Мне была необходима плита для приготовления пищи. Видя на фото объекта кухню, полностью оборудованную техникой, я без сомнений забронировала номер в данном отеле. Меня даже не смутила удалённость от центра – левый берег Тбилиси. О чудо, кухня в моем номере не предполагал наличие плиты, даже самой маленькой. Мне предложили замену номера увеличив стоимость в два раза. Я все понимаю но заплатить за номер на другом берегу, среди очень старых домов, на возвышенности, в удалении от центра города, с видом на стройку (соответственно и звуки строящегося дома) - однозначно НЕТ! Цена и месторасположение не соответствует политике ценообразования Тбилиси.
2. Потолки местами очень низкие, будьте готовы к ударам головы. Кухонный стол мини формата, проход узкий.
3. Идти до достопримечательных мест далеко, район очень старый. Как туда затесался этот новострой - вопрос. Рядом нет ничего достойного. Вечером в апартаменты из центра только на такси.
4. Менеджер апартотеля общался с насмешкой. Человек с хорошим опытом в индустрии, который знает уловки, в том числе как удалить более дешёвые номера с сайта за 2 минуты и предложить номер в два раза дороже.

超高性价比，漂亮又特别的公寓。
Pros:

非常庆幸自己没选择人气超高的网红酒店，在翻阅好几天booking之后选择了这里。
酒店公寓坐落于非常新的社区内，打车认准显眼红色外饰面，上坡后其实并不难找，除了附近人家养的鸡会叫以外，几乎听不到汽车和人的声音，睡得很好。全自助入住，房东线上联系有求必应，温柔热情。
室内软装可以看出来注重细节，并不只是追求中看不中用的现代公寓，温馨又舒适，阳台还可以看见圣三一教堂。

Cons:

枕头就个人习惯来说有点太高了，没有别的选择，脖子有点痛（欧洲好像都喜欢高枕）；阳台废气管太靠近生活区，靠近会闻到不愉快的煤气之类的味道，但阳台桌子比较远没有太大问题。

Gorgeous new apartments
Pros:

Very cozy little apartments with a well-thought-out, neat design and new furniture. Spotlessly clean. A beautiful bathroom with everything you need, and very good kitchenware. The bed is extremely comfortable, with an excellent mattress and pillows — perfect for sleeping.
The balcony deserves a special mention — it offers a breathtaking view of Tbilisi, and it’s wonderful to sit there, relax, and admire the night city.
The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

didn’t really like the location — the apartments are near Avlabari metro station, but the way to the hotel goes through rather broken houses, and there are many construction sites around the building. There are no bars or restaurants nearby (except for one and the same building), nor big grocery stores.

Clean, spacious apartment, with great view from the terrace. Friendly staff quickly fulfilled any requests.

Cons:

The location is a little off-center, but 20-30 minutes walking distance to Europe Square and other sights, or 7-10 minutes by taxi (taxi fees are very affordable)

We had an amazing experience staying at the Apart-in Hotel in Tbilisi! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell that a lot of care has gone into every detail – it truly felt like a home away from home.
The staff were outstanding – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more special and memorable.
Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring the city, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Every part of our stay was seamless, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

One of the best places I have stayed.
Pros:

The apartments are new and have been finished to a very high standard. The furnishings and fittings are high-quality and the space is laid out well. There is a socket by the bed. The space is quite small but sufficient for 1-2 people.
The kitchen has all the basic things you need. The AC worked well, the shower had hot water and excellent water pressure. The views over the city from the windows and terrace are amazing.
The location is very close to the old city and a very short taxi ride away from everything of interest to tourists. There was no noise at night and the area felt safe. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away that is open 24 hours and has an ATM. Instructions to find the apartment were easy to follow and I was even able to set up the key code so I could unlock the doors with my phone to avoid having to remember the code.

Cons:

It's hard to find things to not like. I would have liked some more coat hangers in the wardrobe. A full length mirror would be good as well.

Pros:

Our stay in these apartments was truly a dream come true – to live in such a stylish and comfortable space! From here, a beautiful view opens up, and the cozy balcony beckons to enjoy morning coffee, prepared on the convenient coffee machine. The attention to detail was particularly pleasing: from the high-tech hot and cold water dispenser to the washing machine with two capsules.

A comfortable bed and sofa ensured a perfect rest, and the beautiful kitchen created a homey atmosphere. A pleasant bonus was the cosmetic amenities from ELEMIS. The stay was a true delight, and I will definitely recommend these apartments to friends, as the staff here are incredibly hospitable!

Cons:

Among the minor nuances of the room itself, I can only note the small and low sink in the bathroom. However, the only aspect that caused concern was waiting for the pin code: I expected it a day in advance, then on the day of arrival until 3 PM, but only received it closer to 7 PM, which made me quite nervous. On the other hand, it was a pleasant surprise that for one night we were initially accommodated in a room that turned out to be bigger and better

Звездное небо перед сном
Pros:

Абсолютно все выверено: дизайн, предметы интерьера, удобства, качественные средства гигиены, приятное постельное белье, корректность описания и взаимодействия с хозяином, крутой вид с террасы, на которой можно уютно вечеровать. Одно из лучших мест отдыха в Грузии (из 7 мест на текущий момент)
