Spacious appartment in quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

Appartement with lots of space and natural light. We arrived at 2am and after knocking, the doorman woke up to let us in :) friendly staff, housekeeping every day, unlimited drinking water, quiet and spacious neighbourhood, very comfy bed! Stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s a 200k dong grab ride to district 1, which can add up. You can also easily take bus 102 for +- 7k (download the app ‘busmap’).

Fabulous apartments in quiet road in amazing location . Highly recommend!!!!
Pros:

The apartments are located in a lovely quiet residential area with restaurants and bars within minutes walking distance as well as lovely restaurant on the premises . It is an ideal location for both Crescent mall and Vivo. A taxi into the heart of district one is around 20 min and cost around £4. The rooms are very clean and spacious with streaming tv and a comfortable bed. The A/C is strong and you have one in lounge and one in the bedroom which would keep the average penguin happy. There is free washing and drying machines located on 5th floor and with kitchen fridge and ironing facilities in rooms you are left wanting for nothing here. For the price this is a true gem of a place . I have stayed in other hotels in the area but now I have found this I won’t be staying anywhere else in the future . If you have a bike secure parking is available 30 seconds walk away .

Cons:

Can think of nothing hence the 10 rating .

Cozy & bright rooms with walking distance to everything
Pros:

Nice and safe area to walk around, with walking distance to restaurants, grocery market, atm... The staff was very nice and helpful in anyway to our needs during our stay (found out laundry was inclusive in the stay, which is a nice surprise!) Our balcony unit is cozy and bright, the bedroom is large, w/ comfy bed, & ample closet space. Kitchenette is very basic, but we ate out most of the time so didn't really use it — microwave and basic eater ware was nice for left-over usage though. Downstairs is a cute coffee shop, very convenient for waking up coffee!

Cons:

Bathroom could have some electric plug-in options for toothbrush and/or water-peak — we had to use the kitchenette sink for this purpose, but it's sufficient. The faucet for kitchenette sink is quite funky, as in a camping set up, which is ok for a short stay, longer stay would probably become uncomfortable?

Comfortable and affordable apartment!
Pros:

This apartment is located in a new area of Saigon. Roads are wide and many restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. 20 minutes to bustling city by bike or car. Easy to get grab bike/car/food. The room is exactly the same as photos. There is a huge fridge, microwave, iron/board, cold aircon, comfortable bedding, large toiletries for shampoo n shower gel unlike hotel tiny ones, hairdryer etc. The room is really lovely and I love the deco in the room. WiFi is superb! Hotel Staff Bailey is super attentive and helpful with all my needs.

There is a delicious vegan restaurant just across the street and Korean food and coffee just around the corner.

Cons:

Perhaps they can add 4 pillows instead of 2 for queen bed & can do better with the pillow type, like more plush n soft. But overall I had a good nite sleep. Zzzz

Towels also not hotel size. More like home size. Perhaps in future can upgrade to better ones. And it's clean! That's most important!

It’s so wonderfully homely it’s now my go to place to stay whenever I go to HCMC

Amazing service! Special mention for the ever smiling and friendly manager Bailey, who thought outside the box to modify and customize its pillow thickness to fit customer’s preferences. Free laundry service, welcome drinks at its beautiful bar chatting with its hospitable founder are also fantastic.
