Perfect location to explore old Tbilisi by foot
Pros:

Location in Old Town is fantastic. Host is super friendly, gave us wine for Easter and offered an umbrella when it rained!

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The owner was very friendly and communicative. On our last day, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after checkout. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is located in the main square, making it very convenient to walk everywhere. We highly recommend staying here!

Мы остановились здесь и остались очень довольны. Арендодатель оказался невероятно вежливым, добрым и отзывчивым помог нам во всём, за что ему огромное спасибо.
Номер был чистый, аккуратный, с приятной атмосферой. Особенно понравился уютный балкон с красивым видом на улицу там было очень приятно проводить время.
Отель удобно расположен рядом много известных достопримечательностей, до которых можно дойти пешком.
Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! Если снова будем в этом городе, обязательно вернёмся сюда!

Pros:

I've had many different accommodation experiences in many countries, but I've never been so pleased with a place. The helpfulness and kindness of the gentleman who manages the property made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The property is superb in terms of its location, security, cleanliness, and quietness. It's close to Liberty Square and therefore everything. The room amenities are fully equipped and complete. The balcony is indescribably precious. It was a sweet part of my Georgia trip, every moment of which I will cherish fondly.
