Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and beautiful, and whenever I asked, they cleaned it right away. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything. On top of that, the delicious homemade breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended!

אהבתי את הנוף מהחדר ואת המרפסת
ואת הניקיון של המקום המלון חדש והצוות המשפחתי מאוד נחמדים ורוצים לעזור בכל דבר

אין מיזוג אוויר בחדר לכן לא ניתן לשלוט על זה.
אם קר אז אפשר לבקש חימום לכל המבנה ואם חם אז לפתוח חלון בחושך כי יש חרקים מעופפים שנכנסים לחדר.

Вид на горы супер, симпатичный дизайн отеля и номеров, все довольно свежее. Встретили при ночном прилете, помогли с багажом. Часть персонала очень приветливая и отзывчивая.

Cons:

За 10 дней убрались один раз после неоднократных просьб, прям мусор уже некуда было складывать. В целом стандарты сервиса очень отличаются от остального мира. Завтраки базовые, но с душой

Works well for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Beautiful views as promised. Good breakfast with lovely choice and it’s useful as there are not many other places to eat nearby apart from other hotels.

Cons:

The toilet flush was temperamental. There is no wardrobe or storage space if you stay more than one night.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel liegt ganz oben am Hang in Stepantsminda, abseits der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, jedes Anliegen und jede Frage konnte sofort gelöst werden. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und üppig. Das Zimmer ist schön und geräumig und sehr sauber, könnte nicht besser sein. Auf beiden Seiten des Hotels hat man tolle Aussichten auf die hohen Berge. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was spacious, bright and impeccably clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning mountain panorama. The whole hotel was modern, stylish and exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommendable!

I unfortunately missed breakfast, so I would have appreciated a slightly longer breakfast window. The hotel is also a little outside the centre, but the beautiful location more than makes up for it.

가성비 대비 대형 유리창에서 보이는 전망이 매우 우수 하였으며 문제에 대한 대응도 매우 친절하였음. 특히 가족이 운영하는것으로 보였는데 아주 똑똑한 따님이 모든사항에 대하여 친절하게 대응해 주었음. 기회가 되여 다시 그곳을 여행한다면 반드시 다시 찾아 갈것임

The location is great, both sides of the building have great views. Hotel is new. Bathrooms are well fitted, beds are comfortable. The family that runs it is very nice, and Kate especially was very helpful in giving advice and answering questions.
