Pros:

Hospitable and attentive hosts, cozy apartments, and delicious coffee! The location is excellent (near a turbulent waterfall and close to the airport). No planes bothered us :)

Perfect for nice cosy vacation
Pros:

Perfect location and nice clean apartment. The host really cared about flat and there are a lot of small things like cutlery, salt, small snacks etc that usually apartments dont have but it makes the staying more comfortable. The balcony was very cosy also. I liked having breakfast there. The stuff was super helpful and caring. I would definitely come back again.

Quiet and secluded apartment
Pros:

All was good but I like to add the bed was very comfortable and that proper bedwear is provided, I slept very well.

Also parking outside was very easy on the avenue outside as it mostly residential buildings around. Good choice of groceries is found on the nearby Migros, I prepared most of my meals in the apartment which worked out well.

Cons:

The kitchen might feel a little cramped but not a big thing

Great stay with an amazing and helpful host
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this service apartment. The apartment was good, clean, and in a decent location not too far from the beach. Our host, Dogan, was exceptionally kind and helpful—he guided us on how to explore Antalya, recommended great places to visit and eat, and even gave us an extra three hours for check-out upon request. He also stored our luggage for the day and remained available and helpful even after we returned. Dogan’s hospitality really made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The team and staffs are very welcoming and friendly!
It's a nicely equipped apartment, very cozy, with a lovely back garden, spacious and walkable distance to lower Duden fall and waterside park.
There are also several supermarkets, and bus stops to Antalya old town also not far.

Cons:

Too bad the humidity and leaking so the floor near the back garden door is wet and a bit decayed(apartment 2, not a big problem)
You can hear the incoming flights very often(busy Antalya airport, hehe) but by sleeping time is very much fine.
The apartment is installed with cold white lights, so giving the apartment a bit of a cooler, cold tone, but it's just the personal preference, cus overall I also really enjoyed my stay there!

Особенно порадовало утренний кофе с крауссанами 😋Сервис безупречный👍 Чувствуешь себя как дома. Sono molto felice di aver scelto Alex Suites, mi sono sentita d'avvero al mio agio con Alex, Dogan e Eugenia. Sono stati molto molto attenti e disponibili per qualsiasi mia esigenza e domanda. Sono molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione del appartamento è perfetta, in vicinanze troverete tanti ristoranti, caffè e il supermercato. La pulizia del appartamento è ottima. Cucina molto attrezzata. Insomma, nel appartamento troverete tutto ciò che vi serve per allogiare in comodità. Grazie ancora per la vostra gentilezza e disponibilità.
