Pros:

Pros:

This is a lovely guest house. Modern rooms excellent breakfast. They accommodated our very late night arrival by posting a video how to get to the room and leaving the keys for us.
Location is great next to the lake and all major attractions.

Pogradec is untouched by the mass tourism blighting the coast. Fole Guest House is excellent value

Pogradec is a real undiscovered gem - there's a reason this was Hoxha's favourite place. Untouched by mass tourism currently blighting the coast

Nice little hotel
Pros:

This is kinda the opposite of a hotel restaurant: a restaurant with a little hotel on top of it. A little bit unconventional, but actually worked pretty well in my case. The room was good for the price I paid. The location was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The mini fridge was a real beast, the beer I put there was ice cold in no time at all. They even paid for the public parking in the morning (Pogradec is surprisingly strict on parking), so I didn't have to bother. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Cons:

The bathroom situation is very much Balkan style: there is no separation whatsoever between shower and the rest of the bathroom. It was ok for me, as I was just one person and was staying for only one night. For longer stays and more people staying in one room it could be messy, so just keep it in mind.

Uitstekende plek. Prima voor een doorreis.
Pros:

Je moet je melden in de bar en dan ga je via een zij ingang naar de appartementen. Hele fijne kamer met balkon en uitzicht op het meer. Het is schoon. Ontbijt wordt voor je klaargemaakt en was erg lekker en veel. Aan de overkant van de straat is het meer. Parkeren kan voor de deur maar is betaald. Met geluk is in de zijstraat, waar ook de ingang van de appartementen is, een parkeerplek vrij daar is het gratis. Ze spreken Engels.

Cons:

Zoals de meesten al zeggen, de badkamer is erg klein. Het is smal. Wel schoon!
