Pros:

Difficile de mettre une bonne note même si la chambre était propre ,le lit confortable et l'hôtel très calme même si le bar du rez-de-chaussée était très fréquenté à cause de la salle de bains

Cons:

Une salle de bains minuscule de la taille d'un WC et sans protection pour la douche ce qui fait que le sol et la cuvette des toilettes se retrouvent inondés.
Je dois signaler que le gérant a proposé de rembourser si nous voulions partir .Le site parlait pourtant de douche ou baignoire???

Estupenda elección.
Pros:

La limpieza, la decoración, la ubicación, el desayuno.

Cons:

Que la ducha era abierta, estilo barco, y todo el baño se mojaba. Sin embargo, tampoco fue tan mal.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber winziges Badezimmer.
Pros:

Das Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der junge Mann, der uns empfangen hat, hat sogar die Parkgebühren für uns übernommen, da die Hotelplätze ausgebucht waren.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein und nach dem Duschen stand es zwangsläufig komplett unter Wasser.

Pros:

Schönes Design, saubere Zimmer und eine gute Lage direkt an der Seepromenade. Frisches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, wurde nicht als Buffet sondern pro Person am Tisch serviert.

Cons:

Personal machte leider nicht grade einen motivierten Eindruck und es gab eine Szene die leider im Gedächtnis geblieben ist. Der Kellner servierte am Nachbartsch ein Getränk und warf den Kronkorken dann auf die Straße gegen ein geparktes Auto. Was eine total unnötige Aktion die uns dazu bewegt hat ein andere Lokal für unser Abendessen aufzusuchen.

Für Badeurlaub gut gelegen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See ist ausgezeichnet. Gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Dusche ohne Abtrennung im Bad. Dadurch das sammelt sich Wasser unter dem StandWC, was zu leichten Gerüchen geführt haben mag. Ansonsten aber sauber.

Pros:

Het was een erg mooie locatie, mooie kamer, schoon, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er zaten veel mensen een koffietje te drinken. Sfeervolle locatie. Pogradec is een mooie plaats om naar toe te gaan. Als we een volgende keer naar Pogradec gaan, gaan we weer naar Fole Guest House.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and polite. The place itself was very aesthetic and cosy. Location was also great as lake is 2mins walk away and the nearest beach is 5 mins walk, while other beaches and "city center" is 15mins walk away.
Our stay included breakfast as well and it was delicious and generous.

Cons:

The only thing I would advise to the guest house is to put some barrier in the shower as currently the whole shower gets wet as there's no barrier to hold the water on the floor nor any curtain.
