Important information:

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open from April until October.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.

Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. Only one dog is permitted per room. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm the required room category. To book a dog-friendly room, please email our bookings department at reservas.palma@aluahotels.com. It is necessary to check availability, terms and conditions with the bookings department prior to your stay.

Outdoor pool available for guests from 15/03 to 15/11.
Pool located next to the Kentia Rooftop bar available all year round. Exclusive use for My Favorite Club guests in high season. Open to all guests in low season.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Obwohl ich über 50 mal in dem Hotel gebucht habe muss ich mir jetzt etwas neues suchen.
Cons:

Der Check Inn Prozess in dem Hotel ist schon seit Jahren ein Problem. Doch dieses Mal dauert der Check in in Check out fast 30 Minuten. Es ist eine Organisatorische Offenbarung und die Mitarbeitenden sind völlig überfordert, auch wenn Sie sehr freundlich sind und alles versuchen.

desayuno/breakfast better that dinner/mejor que cena porque/because the main course (plato principal) is not proper for thes hotel quality/no se corresponde con un hotel muy positivo en general
Lo mejor/the best: adults solo. paseo marítimo natural amoroso/walking sealane wonderful. edificio bonito y muy cuidado/building & instalations. Superextra staff/personal estupendo. matress is much soft/colchón solo ñde espuma densa (insuficiente soporte para descanso saludable)

Szép szálloda, kellemes környék, de a szoba kiosztással nem voltunk megelégedve.
Pros:

Szép környéken, szép szálloda. Reggeli nagy választékú, finom volt. Éjszaka a kollégák gyorsak és segítőkészek voltak a check-innel.

Cons:

Vékony ablakok, minden áthallatszódott rajta, ami a hajnali gép indulások miatt nem volt kellemes. Tengerre, medencére néző szobát foglaltunk és egy hátsó (mozgáskorlátozott) szobát kaptunk, épületek mögött látható tengerrésszel. Mozgáskorlátozott szobának a kiosztását nem igazán értettük, mely a fürdőszobában volt kellemetlen (billentett tükör, wc formája stb.) Ár-érték arányban annyira nem érte meg nekünk.

Widok z okna, taras z basenem

Cons:

Windy słabo działały , sauny nie były włączane pomimo zamówienia, śniadania i kolacje monotonne i jakby bez smaku, proszę uważać na podliczanie napojów wieczorem, u nas nabili o 20 euro więcej i nie chcieli oddać. Słychać samoloty jak lecą a lecą co chwilę.
