Important information:

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open from April until October.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.

Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. Only one dog is permitted per room. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm the required room category. To book a dog-friendly room, please email our bookings department at [email protected]. It is necessary to check availability, terms and conditions with the bookings department prior to your stay.

Outdoor pool available for guests from 15/03 to 15/11. Hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (high season) / 10:00h – 15:00h (low season). Times subject to change according to season.
Pool located next to the Kentia Rooftop bar available all year round. Exclusive use for My Favorite Club guests in high season. Open to all guests in low seasonGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely hotel but Food let’s can it done badly
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, immaculately kept, staff were exceptional but the food except for dessert leaves a lot to be desired to much repetition of Pork not enough chicken, beef salmon, prawns etc not enough variety of vegetables mostly peas, green bean and peppers. My favourite club not worth extra money food in the dedicated room for my favourite club guests was horrible, drinks were fine plenty tea coffee and soft drinks roof pool was lovely but not toilets.

Le personnel est vraiment désagréable personne n’est souriant sauf une personne à l’accueil qui s’appelle José il nous a vraiment aidé
Mais nous avons réservé une chambre avec lit double une fois et vue sur mer sur place apparement pas disponible nous avons eu droit à une chambre à l’arrière sert avec vu mais tout l’hôtel a une vue il y’a vu et vu du coup nous avons eu droit à vu sur l’escalier de secours et les bâtiments arrière et finalement la vu
La literie est vraiment de mauvaise qualité lit pas confortable
Dommage l’hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel il est beau bien situé mais le personnel n’est pas gentil
J’ai eu droit à une femme de ménage qui me disait de faire le check out tout de suite à midi 20 je lui disait je sors tout de suite elle répétait il est midi 20 comme si j’avais commis un crime

Ottima posizione e lontana dal caos dei locali, personale gentile con un grazie particolare a José (receptionist). Colazione con un buffet ricco... salato e dolce. Provato anche il ristorante a la carte.. di buon livello. Piacevoli i concerti serali e discreta l'animazione, durante il pomeriggio, con dj in zona piscina.

Es wahr gut gelegen,aber 4 Sterne hat man dem Hotel nur beim aussehen bemerkt und nicht beim Rest

es wah vielfälltig und ausreichend für jeden geschmack etwas dabei
Wasser und Orangensaft wahr inklusive

Cons:

Zuviel Parfüm vom Personal es wahr unangenehm laut in der Lobby und beim Essen( Musik)
Nichts für frühaufsteher da es am Abend musik und Konzerte gab
Abendessen wahr nich unser ding und Getränke wie stilles Wasser musste man bezahlen 3.3o Euro pro 0.5 Flasche

Nelibilo se mi, že sme požiadali o snidanovy balíček, nakoľko ubytovaní nebolo levne a stravovaní bylo v cene. Náš odjezd na letište byl v 5 ráno a bylo nám receno, že "balíčky se už nedelají, delali se predtým". Hodiť do pytliku kus peciva, banán nebo jablko, malé maslo, maly džem, jogurt nebo pripraviť sendvič se šunkou je levná a jednoduchá záležitosť. Jen kdyby se chtelo, že ?

Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Miałam pokoj Premier z tarasem bali bed i widokiem na morze. Świetny wybór. Jedzenie dobre, codziennie "inna kuchnia". Na śniadania raczej to samo, ale spory wybór. Obsługa bardzo miła I pomocna. Mozna wypozyczyc rower za 10€/day.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju była bardzo głośna, zeby móc spac- na noc, trzeba bylo ją wylaczyc- nie szlo zmniejszyć mocy nawiewu.
