Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open from April until October.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.

Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. Only one dog is permitted per room. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm the required room category. To book a dog-friendly room, please email our bookings department at reservas.palma@aluahotels.com. It is necessary to check availability, terms and conditions with the bookings department prior to your stay.

Outdoor pool available for guests from 15/03 to 15/11.
Pool located next to the Kentia Rooftop bar available all year round. Exclusive use for My Favorite Club guests in high season. Open to all guests in low season.

Nice stay but if you want quiet then stay at the back of the hotel!

toller Urlaub, zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage
Pros:

Ich war jetzt das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Beim letzten Mal nur für 2 Übernachtungen, jetzt, da es mir im Dezember gut gefallen hat, waren es diesmal 9 Nächte. Ich hatte bei der Buchung eine Wunschzimmernummer angegeben, das Zimmer habe ich auch erhalten, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder Reinigung, waren Alle durch die Bank sehr nett. Das Zimmer war für mich als Einzelperson groß genug, dass ich in den 9 Tagen nicht das Gefühl hatte, dass mir die Decke auf den Kopf fällt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Balkon mit direktem Meeresblick traumhaft. Ich hatte Halbpension. Frühstück wie Abendessen war in Buffetform und für Jedermann etwas dabei und das Abendessen in den 9 Tagen abwechslungsreich, so dass es sich nicht wiederholt hat. Es gab Animation mit Livemusik. Jedoch so angenehm, dass es ( mein Zimmer war im 3. Stock ) nicht zu hören war. Also kein Remmidemmi, was mir sehr gefiel, denn ich mag es lieber ruhig. Das das Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens ist weiß man eigentlich bei der Buchung. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Eine Bushaltestelle Richtung Palma, Arenal oder Flughafen sind in nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner "Minizug" fährt regelmäßig in der Saison die Küste von Can Pastilla nach Arenal, hat viele Haltstellen, eine davon direkt am Hotel. Kosten kann ich nicht sagen, da ich den "Zug" nicht benutzt habe. Ich habe einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub im AluaSoul gehabt und komme mit Sicherheit gerne wieder

Cons:

trotz Auswahl waren die Kopfkissen für mich nicht geeignet ( zu steif und hart), aber das ist ein persönliches Problem und da kann das Hotel nichts dafür
Was ggf gefehlt hat war ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für den Balkon, denn die Sonne ist von mittags bis abends da und es war selbst um diese Jahreszeit schon teils sehr warm dort zu sitzen

Sehr sauber, freundlich, gute Ausstattung und gutes Essen

Cons:

Die erste Empfehlung für ein Mietauto war vom Büro und auch das Auto schmutzig und das Auto extrem alt und fast fahruntauglich wir mussten es stornieren bei einen so tollen Hotel so eine Empfehlung unverständlich.Die Dame an der Hotelrezeption hat uns allerdings danach bei der Stornierung sehr unterstützt.

Mi estancia fue muy agradable y feliz .
Pros:

El desayuno me encantó, gran variedad . Todo limpio , muy buena atención y excelente servicio . David el muchacho de la recepción es todo un profesional, muy atento y servicial .

Cons:

Debí quedarme dos o tres días más en el hotel , fue lo único que no me gustó .
