Important information:

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open from April until October.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.

Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. Only one dog is permitted per room. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm the required room category. To book a dog-friendly room, please email our bookings department at reservas.palma@aluahotels.com. It is necessary to check availability, terms and conditions with the bookings department prior to your stay.

Outdoor pool available for guests from 15/03 to 15/11.
Pool located next to the Kentia Rooftop bar available all year round. Exclusive use for My Favorite Club guests in high season. Open to all guests in low season.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Superbe hôtel ! Buffet au top, et ambiance calme.
Pros:

Propreté irréprochable. Le buffet était dingue !! Beaucoup de choix et de variétés chaque soir. TOP !

Einfach ein wunderschönes Hotel.
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes "Adults only" Hotel mit einem modernen Eingang, bequemen Betten, wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück mit tollen Eierspeisen zur Auswahl, nach Möglichkeit unbedingt Halbpension buchen oder einfach abends dort essen gehen, denn das Buffet ist wunderbar, tolle gesunde Auswahl und leckere Gerichte inklusive einer Flasche Wasser im Preis inklusive. Die Zweierliegen am Pool sind mega bequem und das Hotel sehr sauber.
Wir kommen wieder!
Übrigens rechts nur 9km entfernt ist Palma und bis dahin eine tolle Laufstrecke und links nur 5 km entfernt die Partymeile, aber da bin ich nur vorbeigelaufen.
Ganz nah am Flughafen, somit perfekt! Danke für alles.

super Lage um die Insel zu erkunden; tolles Frühstück; schöne Poolanlage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meer/Poolblick bei und da war der Flugzeuglärm gering und hat uns gar nicht gestört.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war das erste neben dem Treppenhaus/Fahrstühlen und dort war es sehr hellhörig und entsprechend laut; was sowohl früh morgens als auch spät abends doch sehr nervig war.
Zudem wurden benutzte Wassergläser nicht ausgetauscht und auf Nachfrage einfach mit Glasreiniger gereinigt (in unserem Beisein).

Pros:

Стаята и банята бяха много чисти. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна и имаше нещо, което ме изненада приятно - сутрин на закуска имаше 3 вида шампанизирано вино бяло, розово и синьо, много свежо и с приятен вкус. Персонала е много учтив и си вършат перфектно работата, така че гостите на хотела да се чувстват чудесно.

Le personnel est très sympa. Je me rappelle de Yusuf à la réception et du portier de nuit le lendemain vers 5h30. Merci.

Cons:

Peut-être proposer des parasols pour les chambres avec vue océan. Il fait très chaud sur le balcon sans protection. Merci de remplacer le sablier pour sauna pour vérifier les minutes.
