When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.
Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. Only one dog is permitted per room. It was in the vicinity of an interesting auto exhibition.
The room was outdated. Staff unattentive, impolite. Breakfast flavourless.
Property is lovely. We have stayed there twice before.
There was an electricity outage on the Friday and Saturday of our 3 day stay. I understand these things happen and have no problem with that. However, we were not informed in any way what the status was . On the Saturday night we had to climb 4 flights to the 4th floor in darkness. It was very dangerous. We are a fit couple but my husband is 73 and I am 67. We could not use our phone torches as we were unable to charge them so did not have the use of our phones. We had planned on watching the England France World Cup match but could not do so as there was no power. We would have booked a taxi to another area if we thought the electricity would be out for a long time. We had to leave our bedroom door open during the night to create a breeze with the balcony window. When I spoke to the reception to see if there would be a compensation I was told it was nothing to do with the hotel and to contact my provider. Booking.com.

Dat wordt toegestaan dat iedere ochtend gasten de handdoeken over de (beperkte) ligbedden leggen en pas later op de dag de ligbedden daadwerkelijk gaan gebruiken. Bij een hotel als deze (adults only) past dit niet
Tout s'est tres bien déroulé pendant ce séjour. Les repas sont bons et copieux. La vue magnifique et effectivement la proximité de l'aéroport n'est absolument pas un soucis.
Attention cet hotel est strictement non fumeur. Un petit coin aménagé aux abords de l'hotel serait appréciable. (banc) Pas assez de transats car comme partout les clients de l'hotel ....irrespectueux, bloquent des le petit déjeuner les transats avec leur serviette et un livre. Et on les voit arriver à 14h apres leur balade. C'est tres désagréable.
