Struttura bellissima, staff fantastico, prezzo molto buono
L'hôtel est superbe, la personnel est très attentif à tout , 4 personnes nous attendaient à notre arrivée assez tard le soir
La piscine est très belle aussi,l'emplacement est un peu à l'extérieur de la ville , on prenait un touk touk pour y aller : environ 8-10 minutes
Le déjeuner était servi en menu et non en buffet mais ok
Peu de bruit la nuit donc on a très bien dormi et les chambres sont vraiment très grandes ( on a pris pour 4 ) et très belles , tout le confort possible !

The room quality did not meet expectations or the price, we took the best room the hotel has to offer. The hotel advertises itself as a luxury hotel, but in reality there is really no luxury other than the service of the staff. We paid $100 a night for the room, you can get the same room for a woman elsewhere for a maximum of $35

The staff were so welcoming, kind and friendly - they really went above and beyond to look after us. The swimming pool facilities were perfect, especially for the hot weather - it was so refreshing to come back to the hotel knowing we had a tranquil space to relax in.

Absolutely amazing value and gorgeous quiet hotel. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a sauna and own terrace. This hotel is out of Siem Reap town centre and perfectly quiet because of that. Beautiful pool, restaurant and gardens. The staff are so attentive and helpful! They really look after you as only a small hotel can, very personal service. We had our own Tuk-tuk driver which made getting around stress free and enjoyable, 15 minutes to Ankor Wat and less to the town.
The WiFi was intermittent but still great value
For the money, it’s exceptional. Huge suite, with a massive bed, a bath, a shower - and my own sauna. The breakfast is outstanding, and the pools great too. Staff do everything to make sure you’re happy.
Had an issue with the aircon on my first night, so they moved me into another suite until it was fixed. It was just as good, so no issues here. They let me rent a bike and did my laundry for free in return.

The rooms are spacious and clean, nice balcony to sit on and well presented rooms, toiletries were included and a powerful hairdryer. Lovely pool and good food, staff very helpful and attentive.
The location is about 15 mins from town so you have to get tuk tuks however it was peaceful and very near Angkor Wat.

The to-go breakfast was disappointing and very basic. It clearly lacked the attention from the normal breakfast. There are various options to make a to-go breakfast so much better - this needs improvement.
