Pros:

This is a review of Daphne residence where I stayed with my family in July for 10 days. I felt it was important to give this review as I hope this helps other people thinking of staying here.

I agree with the other reviewers that our apartment needed some TLC such as poor finishing and sockets hanging out. Our safe was broken on the first day and was replaced and we had a water leak in the bathroom which again was fixed so they did some repairs during our stay. The manager was there and friendly and dealt with any issues pretty quickly. I was happy with the apartment overall and AC was great!

Our room was cleaned three during our 10-day stay with new sheets and towels. Toilet paper was given if requested. Very friendly cleaning staff

The dolmus runs very close to the apartment and it is a 1 minute walk to the main road to catch it - it goes to Calis Beach and Fethiye Dolmus station (4 lira!) and also there's a parade of shops and restaurants within a minute or so walk with a greengrocers and a newsagents which is open 24 hours

The pool was clean and I saw them testing the water in the mornings - the sun loungers were a little bit tired and they are not enough for everyone staying - but saying that I never had a problem getting a lounger!

I was a little reticent about staying here when I read other people's reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and it was not as bad as other people have reviewed. I would overall recommend this apartment block for the price
