Pros:

The location was very good! The staff was excellent! Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was very much appreciated after long hot days visiting the falls. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was well-equipped!

Functional but in rundown neighborhood
Pros:

Good communication re: access codes etc. A/C is quiet and WiFi is solid, both work well; bed is comfy, small pool and jacuzzi were working.

Cons:

New construction, but cheaply outfitted (think Dollar Store) and lacking any personality. Odd layout puts noisy fridge in the bedroom. The neighborhood is just a couple blocks walk from a great & lively pedestrianized eating area, but it’s a rough walk there with electric fences, broken sidewalks, bars on windows and aggressive guard dogs. While we slept well, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cerca de todo, amplio y con pileta
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras de la Terminal de ómnibus. Cerca de la Av. Brasil. La atención y amabilidad del staff es super destacable, estuvieron disponibles para resolver un pequeño inconveniente que tuve en el departamento sin ningún problema. El desayuno me pareció que estaba muy bien y todas las instalaciones estaban en excelente condición.

Cons:

El desayuno podría tener alguna opción con queso/jamón pero no es algo que cambie la vida.

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA TRATO Y CORDIALIDAD.
Pros:

La privacidad es lo más importante, nadie nos molesto ni nos invadió para nada, el ACEPTAR MASCOTAS hacen de este hotel EXCELENTE. Ubicación de diez a 2 cuadras de la terminal de ómnibus que te lleva a todas partes ..

公寓面积大，入住也比较顺利。

Cons:

卫生条件稍差，工作人员完全不懂英文，另外早餐比较差，就是两片面包片，2-3个小饼干，入住时一次性提供了。

Lovely apartment with pool
Pros:

Tranquil haven in a busy town. Immaculately clean, comfortable apartments. Large water bottle, juice, fresh pastries, bread, butter jams etc provided in the apartment. Very good value.
Nice clean swimming pool with sun loungers and pool towels. Close to lovely restaurants, shops and bars.

Cons:

It worked for us.

PESIMA ATENCION
Cons:

Pésima atención. Se les informó que la aerolínea canceló el vuelo sin darnos oportunidad de volver a viajar (eramos 6 personas, reservamos 2 habitaciones y 3 de ellas eran del exterior, no podían modificar la fecha del viaje). Se entendió que no era un problema del hotel, pero se les pidió que solo cobren una noche, dado que ya se les avisó que no se iban a poder usar las cuatro noches pagadas y NI SIQUIERA SE DIGNARON A RESPONDER. Cursaron el pago y listo. NI UNA RESPUESTA. PESIMA ATENCION. MINIMO DEBERIAN RESPONDER LAS CONVERSACIONES Y TENER MÁS EMPATIA PORQUE TAMPOCO FUE NUESTRA CULPA LA CANCELACION DEL VUELO Y EL PARO DE LOS OPERADORES AERONAUTICOS. No nos hicieron ningun tipo de propuesta.

Sehr flexibel bei kurzfristiger Terminänderung
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Flug. Der Vermieter hat doch sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend gezeigt und hat äußerst kurzfristig eine Terminänderung zugelassen. Auch ein früher checkin war möglich.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut gelegen und hat sogar einen kleinen Pool.

Cons:

Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht gut regeln.
