The View and location

Cons:

It's overrated, a mini suite without fredge, no tea or coffee pot, one small bottle of water. I don't get it. It's wasn't VFM 4 me

Pros:

Warm hospitality from the staffs, room was clean and the amenities were in good working condition.

Fly Fishes is fine
Pros:

The hotel is picturesque and very well renovated. The rooms and public areas have a lot of character.. The rooms actually look like the online pictures. The roof lounge overlooking the river is a great place to relax and watch the sunset.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in providing directions when we were trying to find it.

Cons:

We had no TV in our Junior Suite which at this price we would have expected. We also tried to pay by card but were told the machine was out of order.

Very pleasant stay and super friendly staff
Pros:

The location was great, central and just between the administrative and fishermen's islands, staff was super nice and friendly - despite limited use of English, they helped us organise a horse carriage trip, trip to birds national park and they hailed us a taxi very early morning, making sure we paid the local price. On top of that, the receptionist even helped post my postcards to the post office as I was leaving before it was opened again (no mailboxes on the streets!). The room was comfortable and newly refurbished, hotel common areas enjoyable (recommending Ananas Mojito - all drinks are alcohol free tho).

Cons:

It wasn't perfectly quiet at all times due to roosters, prayers and other sounds in the surrounding areas, but I suspect that's common for all the hotels in the area. The hotel could benefit from some small extra touches - such as bins in the rooms, more towels, and shower gel/shampoo provided

Beautiful property at a nice location but too expensive for the level of service offered

Great location, beautiful hotel, nice rooms and rooftop

Cons:

Too expensive for what it offered, especially for a pretty basic breakfast. The staff were not always the most attentive; I often sat downstairs for more than 10 minutes waiting for breakfast and no one acknowledged me. If breakfast is supposed to start at 7:30 and I arrive at 8:00, it should be easy to serve me breakfast, especially for the price I was paying.

Stylish and clean but too loud, credit card not accepted.
Pros:

Clean, stylish, convenient.

Cons:

Very loud early morning due to call to prayer plus pet rooster. Poorly supplied- no shampoo, not enough soap and toilet paper. Hotel advertises as accepting credit card but at checkout would not, requiring trips across town to bank when trying to get to airport.

Tidiness and Reception must be improved

The food in the Restaurant very good, breakfast ok

Cons:

It took ages to check out simply because the guy was not able to attend us and did not know how to use the Booking platform. In addition to that, the room was very dark + quite dirty. No Towels other than one for the shower.
