Wonderful. From the room to the food, especially the cafe for dinner and the service of staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but lovely. The outdoor area was also lovely. A real castle feel.

I truly incredible hotel, the staff were so attentive and friendly. The room itself was beautiful with a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning, I only stayed 1 night but we will definitely come back!

Very pretty building
Had a big room with a ceiling fan and a jetted tub on the balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty bad
The room smelled strongly of cleaning products. Glad it was clean but the smell was unpleasant.
Lots of very loud street noise.

Cons:

This was the worst hotel I stayed at during my honeymoon. It was our ninth hotel on the trip, and unfortunately one of the worst. The place itself has some nice aspects, but the staff completely ruined the experience. The employees were very unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, especially the reception staff.

If I were the hotel owner, I would seriously consider replacing the front desk team with people who truly understand hospitality and respect the value of the place and its guests
