有免費加一條棉被，有小冰箱，洗澡熱水穩定、水量足，冷氣是大金牌的不會太吵，房間算安靜，有大長桌東西夠放，房間燈光明亮。地點好，離捷運站及公車站近，附近也有許多飲食跟SPA店。房間無異味。有電梯。床較軟，床架有異音，但只住一晚、不影響睡眠。
部分浴巾破舊，床單有污漬，大長桌有很多小小螞蟻屍體需要自己清潔，浴室邊條發霉。浴室與房間有透光的玻璃，雖然有百葉窗，但仍無法完全隔絕光線，需要自己使用眼罩。
The location was great and the restaurants nearby were fantastic! The room was clean and the view from the luxury room was great. Cannot fault that.
I made the mistake of simply inquiring about a tour at the front desk. I told them I was severely jet-lagged and might not be able to make it, and they replied that I could just come down at a certain time if I wanted to go. Instead of treating it as an open inquiry, they treated it as a confirmed booking. This may have been to do with a language barrier I guess? At 8:00 AM, someone was aggressively banging on my door about the tour, I had only just managed to get to sleep 2 hours before this so of-course I was not in the right state to go and I had to pay for something I never actually agreed to join. Not actually sure which tour they charged me for as I didn’t decide on one when speaking with them! They should have a system where you sign up to the tour rather than just speaking about it as I did not understand what they thought I was agreeing to.
Special note to the lovely receptionist working the night shift, whom I could not fault.
I get that they may have to deal with rude customers but as this being my first stay ever in Asia as a solo traveller I felt the treatment could of been better for my own politeness and the price paid for the room.

Location is the best for a first timer in HCM. Shopping, Cafes and Spa surround the hotel. The staff are also gery friendly and accommodating. Thank you for upgrading our room. Would definitely book here again if I go back in Vietnam. 😊

We used the hotel for a night to store bags & shower before a late night flight out of HCMC. It was fantastic for the price. Staff were very helpful.
