the desk staff is pleasant and very helpful
Pros:

you cannot fault with the proximity of this hotel to all the locations which are just 5-7minutes walk away

Cons:

the rooms we booked were too small and hardly could move around the bed with not much space left for luggage. Felt too small for two adults

Impressive modern hotel with fine sea views and plenty of nearby eating and drinking options
Pros:

Well positioned with wonderful views of the sea, harbour and a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Clean and comfortable modern hotel, good breakfast, nice pool.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that there was a very loud party with live music until 1.30 pm in the bar next door on our first night. Not the hotel's fault but there was no warning or apology.
The hotel is not easy to find and parking is limited (valet parking is provided).

La chambre est confortable et l’emplacement ideal pour aller dans les ruelles du centre et du port à pied.

Cons:

Le bruit!
A la fois l’insonorisation intérieure: on a participé aux ébats de nos voisins de pallier en ayant l’impression d’être dans leur chambre.
Mais aussi l’insonorisation vers l’extérieur : il y avait une soirée dans le quartier jusque tard dans la nuit et on avait l’impression d’être dans une boîte de nuit dans la chambre.
Quand je suis descendue me plaindre à la réception à 1h du matin.. on m’a répondu qu’on ne savait pas où avait lieu la fête et que de toutes façons on n’entendait rien de la réception.
L’hôtel étant presque vide, j’aurais apprécié qu’on me propose une autre chambre moins exposée à ce bruit pour pouvoir dormir.

Pros:

Incredible views, especially since they were kind enough to upgrade us to the top floor room with an outdoor jacuzzi as it was my mum’s birthday. Super beds, very clean, incredibly friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast also, and a short walk from the city center. We will be back for sure!
