위치 - 지붕이 있는 구름다리와 연결된 건물들
도심이라 역과 쇼핑센터이동이 매우 좋았다
청결 - 곰팡이나 먼지하나 보지 못했다
친절 - 방준비가 되었는지 방안까지 들어와 확인하고 가셨다
보안 - 엘레베이터가 카드키를 대야 눌려서 안심이되었다
그리고 엘레베이터 안에 cctv도 만족스럽다

이 모든걸 충족시켜주어 모두 좋았습니다
다른호텔은 이중 하나는 빠진다고 본다!☺️

기본적인 호텔영어는 소통이 되면 좋겠습니다~
@방해하지마시오 버튼을 안누르고 잤더니 아침7시쯤 문이 벌컥 열려서 당황했다. 그 시간에는 어린아이들이라 나갈 준비하기에 매우 이른시간이라 클리닝시간을 생각못했지만 보조키가 잠겨있어 다행히 문이 다 열리지않았다.

Amazing staff who treated me well, but the incident with the grey-haired man ruined the trip

Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Everything was great - location, facilities, staff. However, I'm giving an honest review regarding one specific gentleman - grey hair, glasses, front desk staff. I admit that I was not easy to deal with, but to stare at me with what I assume was threatening eyes was completely unacceptable. De-escalation is key in the hotel industry and I would like to give my gratitude to the other gentleman who did his best to get me out of the situation. Highly unprofessional, especially at that age - I would assume he's been working in this industry for a long time.
