very dissappointed with the property, the picture shown in booking just for illustration purpose, not as expected...the bedsheet was dirty with blood stain and the bathroom not clean at all...overall comment was not cleanliness. Thank you

Location ok good, service staff good, room services good.

Cons:

Water Dispensor Hot/cold at Diffrent level. Inconvenience to get drink water. When at night with our night cloth n tudung (scaft) need to put on.
Room wall hv blood stain, bathroom door cannot look from inside.

the location is near with jetty batam center. we can check in late. the area also has many mart and restaurant. The room is suitable with the price.

I got the smoking room, which is mentioned earlier in apps no smoking room, room a bit smelly and dirty. The bedsheet got cigarette hole and dirty, toilet exhaust fan looks like never clean before.

Decent hotel with room for improvements
Pros:

Housekeeping staff are fast to respond and courteous.

Room is big and spacious. Location is really good as there are lots of street food and eateries around.looking forward to my next stay.

Cons:

Some of the guests (which I heard from hotel staff are from India) are sitting with their naked feet's on the sofa and tables in the lobby, making it very unsightly. It would be good for duty manager or staff to politely inform that the guests' behaviours are unacceptable as this will affect the hotel's status.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved. See clumps of dust near the toilet and a tissue still stuck to the eyehole of the door.

Only thee staffs is helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Please change the bath towels.my room 602.
Is very dangerous for small kids or senior citizens.floor chipped.towel supposed to be white but not it stain with & it black patches.
