Juste une soirée étape pour se reposer d un long voyage mais accueil déplorable

Cons:

Accueil de la direction execrable nous devions arrivera 22 h et nous sommes arrivés à 23 h30 suite à une panne… nous avions prévenu de notre retard
Accueil et discours très désagréable, aimable comme une porte de prison
Le personnel très sympa mais le patron doit se remettre en question ou changer de métier, je pense qu il n est pas fait pour ce métier qui demande patience, sens de l accueil et compréhension DOMMAGE

in the room there is no desk to work on. It is not so complicated to put a desk from Ikea.

Il n’y avait personne quand nous sommes arrivés après l’heure d’ouverture théorique, nous avons dû un peu attendre. Idem pour la livraison du pain du petit déjeuner.
