Розташування було зручним для нашого чартеру, яхта знаходилась в Yes Marina, фактично 200 м від готелю. Ми прибули до готелю о 02:30 ночі, але ж нас вже чекали, зустрів та поселив адміністратор, дуже приємно.
В номерах слабка звукоізоляція.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Excellent breakfast included with the room.
It's a bit of a walk into the main part of Fethiye. This didn't worry us but might be a problem for some travellers.
Level access from street to foyer. Internal lift. Double glazed windows so quiet but lovely view to water. Fridge & aircon. Good size bathroom. Good pressure on shower. Great beds. Helpful staff.

Posizione ottima, camera semplice ma con tutto il necessario e pulita. Staff davvero ottimo e accogliente, sempre disponibile. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi di notte con dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, e abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'intervento alla reception, che si è mostrata subito disponibile ed accogliente. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro.

Снаружи отель выглядит гораздо лучше, чем внутри.
Изначально нас заселили в ужасный номер, окно выходило на глухую бетонную стену с трансформаторной будкой, номер не соответствовал фото. При попытке закрыть дверь ручка сломалась и осталась в руке!
Мы пожаловались администратору, он оперативно переселил нас в другой номер, который был уже получше, но настроение было уже испорчено.
Отель находится довольно далеко от центра города.
Завьрак был очень посредственным, выбор еды очень скудный.
Не рекомендую этот отель.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. The room was moderate for not so long stays. The location was nice, just opposite the sea, but a 15-20 mins walking distance from the centre.
I want to start with my good impressions of this hotel - the reception is open 24 hours, the staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast is good, but it is the same every day, in my opinion it could be more varied. My only remark is that it is not that clean and the plates and cutlery are not sparkling clean, I had to change my utensils a few times. The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance of the center, but unfortunately there are very few parking spaces in front of the hotel and I had to park in front of other properties, which was worrying, considering that I had a rental car.
For us, the big drop in rating for this hotel came with the fact that our room was not cleaned! 5 whole days in this hotel! On the third day in the evening (because we are on vacation and leave in the morning and come home in the evening) I asked the guy at the reception why our room wasn't cleaned, I complained that our towels were dirty and wet, because there was nowhere to even spread them out! He replied that in general the rooms were cleaned every 2 days?! I explained to him that it was our 3rd day and the room was very dirty, and he promised that he would hand it over to the cleaner and everything would be fixed. Yes, but no!!! On the 4th day we went home and again no one had entered the room! Our sheets were dirty, the towels dirty and wet.. They don't have a drain in the bathroom and the water that comes out of the shower has nowhere to drain, the whole bathroom was flooded at least 3 fingers deep, because we bathed there for 4 days and no one came to go with a mop and collect the water from the floor. The room smelled terrible, given that I had left the window open all day, because of all the misery in the bathroom.
Somehow I managed to stay calm and went down to explain the situation to the guy at the reception, it was 10:30 PM, he replied that he would provide us with the most urgent things, but we would have to wait at least an hour, because they were waiting for some delivery in front of the hotel.... We sat at the reception because we had no other choice and during that time another couple came with other complaints - missing shampoos, soaps, towels... They also said that they would wait, because apparently they had made some promises to them the previous days, but they had not kept their promises. After more than an hour, the guy said that he had fixed the cacophony in the bathroom and left the essentials. We went up to the room and as soon as we entered it no longer smelled of mold, but of feces... I wouldn't go back there.

Filthy, dirty hotel with lazy irresponsive personel.
1. The room I booked had no balcony initially as was indicated in the booking.
2. Dirty room. I found quite some dirt on floors in the room (see picture)
3. Room had no blanket and duvet. It was brought to me
4. The drinking tea cap in my room had lipstick stains (see picture)
5. Personnel is absolutely lazy and disinterested.
6. Breakfast is very poor.
7. Finally, I asked for invoice prior to arrival, during my stay, and after 3 reminders & empty promises (see pictures), still no invoice.
8. no wifi in the rooms, only lobby
Overall, stay elsewhere!
